Oakley was dragged out of MSG in handcuffs and arrested on multiple counts of assault.   I was trying to find stories about what lead up to this. And all I found was a interview where Oakley joked about poisening Dolan.   What’s Going on?

All I’ve heard was Dolan asked security to make him leave and he resisted and pushed one of the security back and that’s when they swarmed him. He’s being charged for multiple accounts of assault.

I’m sure more details will come out in a day or two as to why Dolan wanted him out of there, I feel like a big piece is missing. Weird stuff.

A fan could run the Knicks better than James Dolan. If you are going to hire Phil don’t make him sign Carmelo. Sounds to me Dolan was offended by something Oakley said and got some passive aggressive pay back.

Just because he’s a former Knick you can’t voice your opinion of the sorry state the Knicks are in.

He paid for his own seat, if he was critic about it whilst being a guest of Dolan.

    Then I might understand.

This is how it went down, very simply:

Oakley:  James Dolan is the reason the Knicks Suck and should be fired

NYK:  We are celebrating our 70th anniversary, conveniently leaving Charles Oakley out of all events, we won’t say why but maybe because he said what he said about the owner of our team.

Oakley shows up to game:  This is the NEW YORK KNICKS, its not any one man’s team.

NYK:  Sorry because you offended Mr. Dolan and are seated near him, we are going to ask you to leave.

Oakley:  I paid for my ticket.  How can you force me to leave.  Don’t you dare touch me you sob.

Dolan:  Get him out of here.

Personally I feel Oakley was wronged.  He just showed up to a game and yeah, he may have wanted to say a couple choice words to Dolan, but Dolan is horrible as an owner and a coward for using his cronies and security to have Oakley kicked out.  Oakley simply said "I played for this organization and its not only your team, you sob, I should get my credit".  For him to be kicked out of a game is ridiculous because some billionaire didn’t like him being there.  Once again, the money won.  Oakley looks bad for acting out, but in all aspects, he was in the right.  I will always side with the real talent who earned him his money, not the guy that is crashing the franchise.

oakley mentioned on stephen a smith’s show yesterday, that he recently had been told that knicks upper management has had him followed each & every time he’s went to the garden over the last 2 yrs…

the story became even more strange… when oak said after he was informed that he had been followed..he did remember seeing some john gotti looking dude trailing him, every time he went to the garden…..lol

i feel so bad for oakley. i mean he gave his all to the team and for him to be treated like this is horrible. dolan is childish and for him to suggest the things he has about oakley is horrible. oakley is far from perfect for sure and should not of pushed security like that but it should not have even come to the point of security. its just a sad situation. maybe dolan needs to get some help
