    Exciting start to the game so far. High scoring, as expected. The Nuggets forced some TOs with extremely aggressive traps early in the game, getting some easy buckets, and are on fire from downtown.

    I think this is anyone’s series, right now. I would predict the Nuggets, but the Warriors do have the scoring ability to win an up-tempo, high scoring series. Steph Curry needs to start to take over. The Nuggets are defending Curry well so far, but the Warriors, if they are to win the series, are going to need to find ways to score consistently with Curry running the pick and roll.

    Ty Lawson looked like D Rose out tonight. I forgot how good he was, he was quiet all season long.

    Lawson is about 3-4 inches in height and wingspan from being possibly the best PG in the league. The fact he went 18th in the 2009 draft tells me that NBA people are hung up on size too much. Especially when an undersized guy has a skill set that is elite in other facets. Only issue he has is man to man defense with guys being able to shoot over him easily due to lack of height and wingspan. He is excellent at playing passing lanes and jumping under ball handlers for the steal though. Denver needs to get another stub to go along with him because he will demand big money in the next 3 years when this contract is up as long as he still has the jets.
