no love for LeBryan Nash??
He has an excellent game, but his issues are more mental, and maturity related. He's been good this year, but I'm hesistant to jump the gun on him out of fear he'll do something stupid, or start chucking again.
The addition of Marcus Smart has helped him in alot of ways..He no longer has the burden of trying to be the go to guy..Last season his shot selection was horrible..He also was hot dogging it, trying to impress nba people and the crowd...And wasnt fitting in at all in the team offense....That and a poor attitude were the reasons why he was benched..
This season he's shooting 46% compared to 39% last season..
Most NBA Scouts are 50/50 on him...Some feel he has the talent to be a lottery pick..While others feel he's a 2nd rounder, becuz he doesnt have a good feel for the game ...And gets by on his athletic skills & the ability to overpower people......
Im real high on him, he looks alot better now hes goyt some gd tesmates to work with. No need to chuck judt win. Winning will also help his image, everyone loves a winner lol. I do recognisze hes far from the finished product but hes certsinly shoeing signs of good progress, which is all you can ask for from a prospect really.
I've been really impressed with the strides he's made in his overall team play. Last year he was so selfish, taking shot after shot and embarrassing himself in the process by getting stuffed at the rim a lot. The inability to finish at the rim was the most surprising part to me because he'd been billed as an explosive athlete. This year he's not only finishing better at the rim but he's actually making some very nice passes. Maybe the most impressive sequence about his maturity was when he didn't get a touch for five possessions against Tennessee and instead of getting antsy and shooting it regardless of the defense, he drove and passed it off to a more open teammate. That's just a quantum improvement from what he did last season.
Caron Butler maybe, lower bball iq, but hes gatting there

He is avg 19.2ppg on 46fg% 85ft% he had a great game 23/8/2/2 in big win against NCSU
he is just as strong and as athletic as any wing prospect something similar to Alex Poythress if not better, and looks to have more of a true SF game..thoughts?
