he finally comes to the nba, dude is a beast and should have been drafted before 2nd round. i think he can contribute to the timberwolves on offense and on defense.

He was drafted in the 2nd rd because teams knew he wouldn’t be coming to the NBA for a couple years.
Hopefully Pekovic is as good as advertised.

Pekovic is very good, probably one of the top three centers in Euroleague. Very solid offensively, tough player who is not your usual Europlayer.

I have read aticles about Pekovic being one of the top 3 centers in Euroleague but as we all know , being good in Euroleague doesn’t always translate to being good in the NBA.
I am happy for him( and darko too), they both got nice contracts from the wolves.. we’ll have to see if the wolves overpaid for their services though, and at this point I would say “yes”. the wolves probably did overpay for those two guys…
