I gotta feeling that the only options for the top FA’s are New York Chicago and Miami

New York: The Mecca and winning there is unlike winning anywhere else

Chicago: Derrick Rose and the MJ tradition

Miami: The weather the women and the lifestyle

    Who goes where

LeBron James- New York— He needs this for his legacy if he wins multiple championships for New York then he’ll be up there with Jordan, Kobe and Magic

Dwyane Wade- Miami— Thats where he started he has no reason to leave he can recruit players to play with him and they wont turn down Miami

Chris Bosh- New York— He and LeBron will be the Eastern Conference Kobe and Pau for sure they will recruit a couple a guys to go with them

Amar’e Stoudemire- Miami— he and Wade compliment each other welll and STAT can play C or PF in the East watch who else ends up in Miami since Beasley is tradable

Joe Johnson- Chicago— Johnson will thrive playing with Rose since he wont draw many double teams Rose cna drive and kick and the Bulls will be better defensively so he wont have to struggle on D since their team D will flourish

David Lee- Miami— He went to college where? okay he and STAT will lock down the boards with Haslem coming off the bench they will have a decent front line but dont be shocked if he lands in Chicago

Rudy Gay— Chicago— Luol Deng is out in is Rudy he fits the system better a hgih flying 3 man the break with Rose and Noah trailing and Johnson spotting up 1 word TROUBLE but he may land in Miami S&T for Beasley

Carlos Boozer— ?????— Boozer wants MAX money but I dont think GM’s feel he’s a MAX guy so where will he end up not New Jersey they’ll let Favors develop unless they draft Turner, Washington can use the frontline help so does Blatche come off the bench, Dallas Houston maybe even Sacremento but the 3 destinations mentioned above are locked down

The East will have a good Race next year

    New York
    Boston
    Orlando
    Miami
    Chicago
    Washington
    Atlanta
    Charlotte
    Milwaukee

The NBA is gonna be hectic starting June 24th

What Lebron needs for his legacy is to win a title anywhere. It could be Cleveland, New York, or Golden State. He just needs a city regardless of location.

I really like some of your ideas, but just like everyone else in the world we all have flaws in our own opinion.

Amare more than likely isn’t going to Miami even though he is from Florida, the Suns will give him that max contract because lets face it he is their franchise after Nash retires. Amare will stay with the Phoenix Suns.

Let’s face the facts LeBron is staying at home where he can be babied and have an excuse for not winning, which would be “they don’t put any good players around him”. Which we all know is bullsh*t. Antawn Jamison, Mo Williams, Shaq(old), Big Z was an All-star 6 or 7 years ago when there was no centers in the east, and they have always surrounded him with very very good role players like Wally Szczerbiak at one point. LeBron Will stay in Cleveland with his mom and Delonte West(lol).

Wade will stay in Miami I did like that and I have always suggested that Lee would go back to Florida for the reason you just stated but I do no believe when Riley said that the Heat could afford 2 max free agents he meant Wade and 2 max free agents. Wade will stay in Miami and recruit with Boozer or Lee or maybe both(like I said I’m not to sure what Riley meant by the 2 Max free agents)

Boozer could end up with the Bulls or Miami, The Bulls would love to add that scoring big man they have lacked since Brand was traded and Miami is an obvious destination for Boozer. Carlos Boozer will be packing his things or maybe keeping them unpacked if you know what I mean (lives in Miami).

Johnson would be a good fit for almost any team although he would be a very good fit for the Bulls I think he will stay in Atlanta because without Joe Johnson I don’t think that team would still have the stones to be competitive with a scrub stepping into his 2 guard spot. Johnson will be wearing a Hawks jersey for the rest of his career but I would not be surprised to see him in a Nets jersey this upcoming season.

Rudy Gay would also be a very sexy signing for the Bulls but only if Deng is moved first. Rudy would compliment Rose very well but yet again Memphis would be dumb is they didn’t at least sign and trade Rudy. Rudy will sign an offer sheet with someone then it will be matched by Memphis but he will probably be traded in a sign and trade.

Bosh…well Bosh will end up on some sh*t team in the greater northeast, weather it’s in Canada or New York both the teams are essentially the same. Bosh will either be the first of all the free agents to sign or the last, I’m thinking he watches where LeBron goes and takes it from there or he signs for big money first and he leave it up to some other free agent to get a smaller contract because yes in the world of an athlete its “money first money second money third money fourth and winning fifth”- Tony Kornheiser

“LeBron James- New York— He needs this for his legacy if he wins multiple championships for New York then he’ll be up there with Jordan, Kobe and Magic”

The Knicks are not to basketball what the Yankees are to baseball. It is a fact that New Yorkers just don’t seem to recognize. LeBron needs to win titles, and that is why he won’t go to the Knicks. It is depleted of talent, no picks, an overrated coach who has made no adjustments to his system to fit the personnel he has, and a vastly overhyped Donnie Walsh whose only claim to genius is his name not being Isiah Thomas or Scott Layden.

“Joe Johnson- Chicago— Johnson will thrive playing with Rose since he wont draw many double teams Rose cna drive and kick and the Bulls will be better defensively so he wont have to struggle on D since their team D will flourish”

JJ is headed to Miami. Maybe it is a sign-and-trade, maybe it is by Miami backloading a contract that will look awful in four years, but Miami is looking at a roster of three max players and the rest either rookie scale or minimums.

“David Lee- Miami— He went to college where? okay he and STAT will lock down the boards with Haslem coming off the bench they will have a decent front line but dont be shocked if he lands in Chicago”
He went to college in Gainesville, which is 300 miles north of Miami. That is like someone who went to school in Richmond, VA being connected to New York. Lee will go to whatever team his agent can sucker into offering him a max deal. Location won’t matter.

“Rudy Gay— Chicago— Luol Deng is out in is Rudy he fits the system better a hgih flying 3 man the break with Rose and Noah trailing and Johnson spotting up 1 word TROUBLE but he may land in Miami S&T for Beasley”
Because who would want those remaining 4-years and $50+ million?
