    NO. nonononononono. They’d be RIGHT on par with the knicks, and they’d be a SUPER slow team. They’d get run on soo much.  Their defense would be HORRID.  They have a soft front court, and NO BENCH AT ALL. I’m thinking a 6th seed behind the knicks at best, along with all the time it takes for the team to get accustomed to how each other played.  I know there was already a thread about this but I wanted to throw my opinion out there. Let me know if you agree.

    WTF are you smoking?

    The trade rumoured right now would send Melo, Billups and Hamilton to the Nets.

    That would be a starting lineup of:

    Billups

    Rip

    Melo

    Humpheries(probably)

    Lopez

     

    Yes Humpheries isnt the best but they culd grab a player in the off season

    and also add to their bench

    either way they’d be better than the nuggets and the KNICKS

    Billups wants to leave and  Hamilton is not all that.  Melo would be better off waiting or staying with Nuggets.
