I hope under the new agreement they make players have to be three years out of high school to play in the Nba.  With this new rule they should allow teams to draft players out of high school but would have to place them in dleague until there three years is up.  I think this will further the development of the dleague as well as the Nba you will have these young players playing against proven players.  You wouldn’t see guys going up against a College of Charleston or a team with no Nba talent.  Also I hope the Nba Changes there Nbdl assignment rules I think they should be able to assign who ever they want to the dleague wether it is for a player coming back from injury or getting an unproven player playing time.  The nba has to many players taking up roster space without the ability to contribute to the team or even capitalize on a open jump shot.  They need to place those guys in the Dleage.  A league with similar rules.  I think alot of people can agree that the talent in the Dleague is better than college.

Thats dumb basketball is not football you don’t need three years of development in college.  Look at Griffin and wall one came out sophomore year and one came out freshmen year they’re doing better than a lot of juniors and seniors that came out.  College is not necessary for all players, the only thing I like about the 1 year rule is you get to see some of the top highshcool players on national tv if u didnt get to see them in highschool

I dont want them to enforce this rule to keep players in college but to develop talent more before it gets to the nba.  If you look at basketball before they let players go pro from high school everyone was capable of hitting an open jump shot.  If you look at the game now there is more people making a living just because they hustle than before.  Yes Rose and Griffin were ready to play in the Nba but if Rose had to wait three years hed be at the point he is now in his rookie season.  I just think this rule will improve the game and then maybe you can find the next great player college isnt neccesarily the answer I think the dleague has untapped potential as what it can be.  You should be able to put the players in the dleague let them develop were there main focus is practice and play basketball while taking classes online because the dleague promotes education anyway and then we have better basketball players.  College doesnt have a degree in basketball Basketball is a extra curriculur activity.  But basketball is a profession so if a persons goal is to be a professional basketball player they should go to the dleague and get a education in basketball. And college basketball is nothing like the pros 2-3 zones clog the lane the dleague is a better indicator of talent and alot of players who have gone to the dleague have been succesful in the nba.  With this rule the dleague will gain popularity and college will still have there fans because in college the name on the front of the Jersey always takes precedence over the name on the back of it. College makes stars so it doesnt need top recruits it just need tv time and dick vitale and college will always be successful but the dleague needs to be built.

Shooting was down before High school players or one year player went into the draft.  The one year players and high school player have done better on average than guys who have gone to school longer.  I don’t like the one year rule but I understand why it is there and I like the results. There are more guys getting a little bit more polish before they go the NBA and it also weeds out the guys who have no reason to be jumping from High school to pros
