It may be too soon for me to reminisce on my very first post, for I have not been a member for a long time, but would you guys like to share your VERY FIRST TOPIC? Mainly, towards the users who have been on the site for a sustansial amount of time, but anyone is welcome to share....

Except Beno (That pervert).

This is the oldest one I can find but I know I posted before that.. Maybe I was under a different name or something.. There was a time when I had 2 accounts but I forget which one I deleted.. IDK if it was my original one or the one I created later..

I found mines by going to my profile, viewing my user points and clicking "date" so that they show from the earliest point to latest, and then I found my post. Hope this helps for everyone.

Went to page 1297 of my points

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/top-10-nba-players-all-time#comment-32284

This was the first post it showed, I guess in the point era. Posted long before this, though a lot more on and off, as I believe everyone was. Used to post on the older boards under Big V, back when I was in HS.

Some of these are probably embarassing and I am sure that I had better started threads before this, but here are a few of my blast from the past topic starting posts:

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/free-agency

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/new-rumor (Say what you will, would this still not be more than the Raptors got for Chris Bosh? I think so, lol)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/rudy-fernandez-0 (Moved to Toronto a few days after this was posted, lol. Still love Portland though, here right now visiting)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/what-your-favorite-lyric-involving-nba-player

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/urban-legend (Like this one, did not seem to get a lot of love though, lol)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/what-player-your-favorite-team

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/alma-mater (Surprise, surprise. I really like my school, but I was genuinely interested to know who others liked, or attended)

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/11793 (2009-10 ASG Predicts)

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/13738 (2009-10 NBA Predicts. Surprisingly solid, kind of crazy. Was off on the Finals by one game, lol)

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/14207 (The reason I do not and probably will not, like the Clippers until they get a new owner)

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/15258 (My post about the Bhullar brothers after seeing them while looking up Canadian prospects on ESPN recruiting and being like, REALLY!? Will be interesting to see what Sim does next year at NMSU)

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/16836 (My "Hypothetical" on Greg Oden staying for either his junior or senior seasons. Even with everything that has happened, my guess is he still would have been a really high pick. You have to take a chance on a player with that much size and talent. Even with injuries, he could make a MAJOR pay off for 1-2 years, be the difference in whether a team contends or not)

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/20362 (Like my breakdown of the 2010 Hoop Summit, lol)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/lane-agility-what-exactly-does-it-project (What exactly does Lane Agility project? Seriously, look at those numbers and tell me what definitive thing it tells you about one prospect being superior to another)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/zellersplumlees (My commenting on how hilarious I found it that both the Zeller's/Plumlee's all were apparently tall kids with short arms)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/sergio-back-spain (Sergio back to Spain)

http://www.nbadraft.net/forum/ghost-shaq (Wrote this right after the Heat signed Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and LeBron James. Thought it was kind of cool to see how that trade had really turned out well for both teams. Will end with this one as I am on page 1235 and getting a tad bored, lol. Still, fun looking at the past and what was written in a different perspective in time)

8th

Do not remember this whole thing. Whatever happened with that? Well, if they check other sites to see if you have ever posted on them or have had accounts, looks like I am screwed. That is unless they have a sense of humor about calling them and other people out of their $hit. Still kind of funny to think that an editor would say "newsance" instead of "nuisance" though, lol. Just saying, I am all for someone working for the world wide leader. Think that is always the dream for a sports fan.

going by the points date

going by the points date under my profile, this is the first comment dating back to may of 2009 although i was posting before there were points. It was on a topic about the clippers:

"

"I'm interested to see what they do with their roster. They loaded up on high priced veterans like Davis, Camby, and Randolph recently, and they were not able to get it done. They would be wise to go young and build around Griffin, Gordon, and Thorton. But what can they do to unload those big contracts without bringing back equally bad contracts is the question. Interesting dillemma brewing there for sure.

edit: I just noticed I got 1 point. What does that mean?"

lol

That all was a huge lie..

That all was a huge lie.. LoL. I have come out about that being a lie before.. I was bored and pretty burned out on the site so I quit posting for a good while... I thought if I was going to leave, why not tell a sweet story about it.. Right?? LoL. I had NBADraft.net withdrawl so I came back and by that time, everyone had forgotten about it..

Sorry!

LOL... my first comment with

LOL... my first comment with point was about celtics bc someone was saying they need to break up the celtics big 3 in 2010. they are too old and cannot win anymore. haha i got negative bc i said they shouldnt trade ray allen! look what happened? the celtics went back to the final!

as of my first post with point is about quincy acy and baylor bears

http://www.nbadraft.net/node/19341

"So last year, after the touted high school junior at thatthe time Perry Jones committed to Baylor, i started watching Baylor bball. One guy on that team stood out to me, and his name is Quincy Acy. Although he was only avg like 5 or 6 pts a game, i was blown away by his athleticism. I know he is still raw, and has yet to learn how to shoot, but he is improving. this year he has the highest fg percentage in college bball, but its simply bc he dunks almost on every shot. anyways what do you guys think about him?

Also, lets say both Udoh and Dunn both decided not to declare for NBA, i think you would have to consider baylor as a final 4 material next year. the incoming freshman love is a pretty decent PG who would fit right in for the graduating tweety carter. dunn would be big 12 player of the year candidate. udoh would be dominating in the inside. acy would be doing his role picking up rebounds and dunking. perry jones might be freshmen of the year in the big 12. they have depth also. anthony jones would be a pretty good back up PF/C. If both freshmen guards watson and dennis continue to grow next year, this team would be dangerous. everyone watch out!"

lol guess i failed on that. udoh entered draft, and baylor was horrible the next season

They

They reset the points system a few months after initially implementing it because a poster found a way to "hack" it and shared the secret with everybody on the forum. It got crazy.

8thDeadly, I forgot all about that. Good times.

My first post was in a cyclo topic. I misspelled "Millsap" and "Griffin".

"Milsap is only 6-6 or 6-7. Blake Griffen doesn't need to be as tall as Hill or Monroe to be the better player."

I didn't start enjoying the forums until John Bryant Facts though.

Ive been on this site for

Ive been on this site for years but have only been using this account since 2010 so I dont know what my original thread was. As longterm users on this site know I used to be the most bias Raptors fan ever. I started off on this forum with many negs for attempting to convince users Raps players were much better then they were. Ive toned it down a bit but still get carried away at times. Reading some of those comments makes me wonder what I was thinking.

Also I made a statement saying Jonas Valanciunas was a huge talent that needed to be on the 2011 mock draft getting a response saying he was borderline 1st round talent, ha. Funny that hes now a Raptor, even when Im not trying to be bias towards them it just works out that way.

My first post was about the best high school basketball player you ever saw. Not that interesting......however.....I did find this gem. Feel free to read the first several responses, especially from gatorheels and how Tyrus Thomas is soooooooo much better than Taj Gibson. Also feel free to neg his ass..this is a classic.
