    NBA Offseason Trade

    Celtics Recieve: Nikola Pekovic (C)

                            Ricky Rubio (PG)

                            Future 1st Round Pick

    Wolves Receive: Vitor Faverani (C)

                             Rajon Rondo (PG)

    * Celtics get a replacement for Rondo, and a very good starting center, as well as a pick *

    * Wolves get a superstar in Rondo to keep KLove in town, as well as a backup bigman *

    — Celtics Core: Rubio, Pekovic, 2014 Draft Pick –> (Wiggins, Jabari, Randle, Exum)

    I think that the future first makes it clearly lopsided in the Celtics favor.  I get it that Rondo is probably the best player in the trade, but he’s not a Pekovic and a future first better.

     yeah, i don’t think it’s totally balanced, but thumbs up for creativity. the problem is that love isn’t guaranteed to stay, and Rondo has only 1 year left after this one, so could follow him out the door.

    If i’m the wolves, i don’t want to give up that pick, or i might give up a heavily protected 1st (lottery protected) and ask for green.

    I think a trade would be so good for Rubio right now- preferably to a team with a decent shooting coach!

     Rondo is enough for Love to want to stay. Its too cold for him there anyways thats why they have soo many international players from cold climates.
