    I saw that they added a championship round to the new single elimination tournament. The part I don’t get is does that mean some teams will only be able to play one game the whole summer. If it is I don’t find that being fair because the summer league is a good way to expose players for getting spots in the league. Plus it’s a good way for development. In recent years it has helped guys like Jeremy Lin, Chris Copeland and Anthony Morrow find spots in the league.

    All teams play 5 games. Then after that they do the playoff thing.

    Yep and the winner of the tournament gets their expenses paid for the summer league. Great way to add pressure and competiveness to the summer league games
