goneParticipant- Almost that time Lakers are coming into form and its crazy how just a couple weeks ago ESPN was talking about how artest wanted out and how weak they looked
- Knicks 7-8 since getting Melo while losing to some bad teams
- I really think the Blazers are dark horse contenders right now they’d be plaing Dallas who they can beat
- In my opinion the Celtics won the Green-Perkins trade. People can pack the paint vs the thunder now.

IndianaBasketballParticipantUnless an injury occurs, I don’t really see how anybody can beat the Lakers. They have too much size. And if Kobe can finish games like he did last night vs the Blazers, watch out. He went nuts on the Blazers in the fourth.
I really like the Blazers though. They’re deep and Lamarcus Aldridge is for real. I think they’ll get out of the first round this year. I love the Gerald Wallace pick up. He fits the team well and is a Nate McMillian kinda player.

Michael.S.ParticipantI think Portland matches up really well with LA, but ultimately I don’t see them beating them in a series, though it is very possible.
And I think Miam can beat Boston now also. Boston doesn’t look like Champs right now, and even though I know they tur it on in the playoffs I don’t know if they can do that with a team that haas a few new faces.

nappy headed whiteydude i am so pumped, i will not be leaving the couch from April 17th. Two games everynight. Wonderful. But yes, my favorite team is the Blazers, and they may have been the biggest winner at the deadline, Gerald Wallace has meshed very well so far, they have wings galore. and @wiz, I’m not so sure on the winner of the Boston-Thunder deal. And teams can’t pack the paint against OKC because of how Durant and Harden shoot it and have you been watching them lately? Westbrook gets in the paint regardless of who they are playing. I think both teams got what they wanted but Oklahoma has obviously gelled better, having that winning streak and beating Miami while Boston has struggled somewhat, losing to Clippers at home and the Nets but they are not anywhere near healthy so that plays a factor. Lets not forget, Boston has put all their chips on the fact Shaq Diesel will anchor the middle.

Ghost01ParticipantIts gonna be hard for a Celtics/Heat ECF when the Bulls are no.1 seed….
the Celtics won that trade? Have you seen there record the past couple weeks? really?

IndianaBasketballParticipantBoston had no problems beating Miami without Perkins, so I don’t know how trading him now gives Miami some sort of edge. Boston is a proven team when it comes to showing up in the playoffs… That’s what they’re built for. So I wouldn’t pay too much attention to this recent stretch. Rondo has played like crap.
I still think Boston can and will beat Miami. I think Chicago can beat Miami as well. I’m sticking with what I predicted… Chicago vs Boston in the ECF’s.
