I’ve heard it might go to N.O. it’s already been there in 2008 and 2014, I don’t think they should get another one so soon. Been there, that’s one dirty city.

had it was in 1988. United Center is a good arena. Chicago has the resources and buisnesses to easily handle big events.

I won’t complain if we don’t get it. I get to see the Big Ten Tourney and MCDAA games almost every year.

I wish they would move it to Seattle. We don’t care what bathroom you use as long as you keep it clean.

But just don’t have the facilities. Lol no pun intended.

What does everyone else think of this decision. I’m from Charlotte and I wanted to attend this a whole lot. I know it is a controversial law but I’m disappointed that it was moved

I personally love this decision by the NBA.  The most progressive league in the states.  Sucks for the people of Charlotte who actually live in the 21st century but maybe it will teach them not to elect biggoted public officials with antiquated public policies.

Selfishly, I want it in Indianapolis. Last time one was hosted here was 1985.

So they moved the game because Charlotte made a law about which public toilets people can and cant use?

Thats some weird American sh!t…but Charlottes loss is another citys gain.

I like the idea of taking it internationally. My contenders are:

    Manila – Philippines

    Melbourne – Australia

    Moscow – Russia

I wish the NBA would stay out of this stuff…. I disagree w/ the people of Charlotte 100% but we live in a country where States have the right to make their own Laws…..

There is something very troubling about the Federal Gov’t stepping in….. &  i must admit as a Mixed Race Man I’m getting kid of sick of other special interest groups trying to make parallels between people refusing to agree w/ them for Religious issues w/ the Racism that my parents & granparents dealt with on a Daily basis

I apologize if that offends anyone – I don’t have any problem w/ LGBT people but my mother & grandmother who are Super religous & Both over 50 believe it’s wrong b/c of their religion — personally I think they are both ridiculous  — but trying to say that Two older black women from the south who endured unimaginable racism are "Just as bad" as the people they dealt w/ in the distant past is just as ridiculous

I disagree with you, The NBA have employees who work for them that are gay, they have go to CHA and work in that type of enviorment. It’s a form of discrmation and the NBA is trying to protect there employees and brand. Good move for them.

All discrimination has to be eradicated. A state makes a discriminatory law its the job of the Fed gov to shut that down. I’m happy the nba is taking a serious stance against this foolishness. The world would be a better place if everyone stood up against injustice instead of just letting it slide because it may not directly effect them. I wouldn’t be mad if Jordan used this as a reason to move the team to Seattle low key….

I have a feeling that it could be back in Las Vegas.  We just finished building the T-Mobile Arena, so we have an arena that now meets NBA standards.

After the shootings in Orlando, they should have the game in Orlando as support for LGBT community
