     I was thinking should NBA GMs and Executives ask fans more for their opinions on who they should draft, get more of the fanbases opinion. Thoughts?

    I think we’ve all seen where fan voting has gotten us in the past…  Kobe, Allen Iverson, etc starting in the All Star game after barely playing the first half of the season.  Very few fans are well informed enough to have any sort of informed opinion on draft picks.

     Between the media and local radio I think they have a decent idea who the fans want.

    Yes the kings have said this offseason that they wanted to listen to their fans opinion about who to draft but that was before the lottery and now they are reported attempting to trade the pick.

    So the Kings have destroyed all the value of the 8th pick.

    The 8th pick will probably be full of guys a team should take at 11 or 12.
