How can we make the trailblazers fans wear one type of shirts in assocation mode?

Thanks. I seen thunder, kings, and many teams...Can the trailblazers fan's wear the same shirt for playoffs?

Only time I've noticed fans doing that is during the playoffs. Not sure if you can manually do it.
