This is the definition of gaming nirvana, but I actually don't want the competition to leave. If EA Sports stops making NBA Live/Elite, then 2K's gonna start to suck because they won't be motivated to improve the game anymore.

That is true. Look at Madden. Its the same game every year just different names and ratings. Every couple of years they change the buttons around. I haven't bought a Madden game in 3 years.

Attribute caps are great. No more super-tall a-holes with 99 ball-handling and quickness. I just hope that my guy doesn't suck ass at the very beginning like he did last year. It seemed like he wasn't able to do anything at a D-1 level, much less an NBA level.

See I agree with that. If you are going to have an attribute cap, then the guy can't suck so bad at the begginning like in 2K10.

Yeah i just read the article

Yeah i just read the article and the guy got drafted 20th overall with a 45 rating...how is that even possible? i remember last year every my player's potential was like a 53. if a 45 overall is drafted 20th, then im thinking the potential rating has gotta be higher
