Isaiah Thomas

I was not the biggest fan of Zeke but he's way better than Stockton. Elgin Baylor is better than Stockton.

Stockton over Karl Malone eh?

Stockton over Karl Malone eh? That's interesting. I'm actually surprised at how high most of the people on this thread are in regards to Stockton, it wasn't that long ago that I was putting him higher in my rankings than Jason Kidd and getting ripped on for it. I think Stockton is great don't get me wrong, definitely top 25, maybe top 20, but putting him ahead of both Karl and Moses Malone, Elgin Baylor, Hondo and Isiah Thomas is something I can't quite do. IMO in my personal rankings I believe I had Rick Barry, Bob Pettit and Bob Cousy ahead of him too, although it's hard to compare players from different eras.

I think when people make all

I think when people make all time lists like this they need to put a disclaimer in saying how old they are and how many NBA players they have watched live in their life.

Calm down...I personally

Calm down...

I personally don't think it's THAT big of a deal that he ranked Hakeem Olajuwon over Shaquille O'Neal.

Titles
O'Neal - 4
Olajuwon - 2

Finals MVPs
O'Neal - 3
Olajuwon - 2

Regular Season MVPs
O'Neal - 1
Olajuwon - 1

Defensive Player of the Year
O'Neal - 0
Olajuwon - 2

All NBA 1st Team Selections
O'Neal - 8
Olajuwon - 6

All NBA 1st Team Defense Selections
O'Neal - 0
Olajuwon - 5

Points
O'Neal - 28,596
Olajuwon - 26,946

Rebounds
O'Neal - 13,099
Olajuwon - 13,748

Blocks
O'Neal - 2,732
Olajuwon - 3,830

Steals
O'Neal - 739
Olajuwon - 2,162

Assists
O'Neal - 3,026
Olajuwon - 3,058

FT %
O'Neal - 52%
Olajuwon - 71%

O'Neal never lead the NBA in rebounds or blocks, despite his size, while Olajuwon led the NBA in rebounds twice and in blocks three times.

I'm not even going to bother

I'm not even going to bother arguing for West, Baylor, or Erving (I can see arguments against them making your top 15), but O'Neal being left off is crazy.

So let's see your list. I wasn't even born when those guys played and Shaq , I remember Shaq and I know all of his achievements ,that's ok ,if it wasnt for his size and power he'd be nothing more than a role player.

While I can understand the

While I can understand the argument some people make for Kobe, I don't think it belongs in this type of discussion. When judging all-time greats you have to take into consideration their entire career, and for me Kobe hasn't had as clean cut a career as the Magic and Bird's of the world. From the whole Shaq drama, forcing his way tot he Lakers, him being known as a selfish chucker for a while during his career, and even this whole Dwight debacle makes Kobe's career less appealing. I wouldn't take him over my big three of MJ, Magic, Bird, and I wouldn't take him over any of the dominant centers. I would but him in that third category for players who were the best players of their generation.
