I don’t really like Klay being over lance. Klay only hurts you if he’s making shots. Lance hurts you in so many ways

Wes Matthews should definitely get some love, he’s been performing at a high level this year with his shooting and his consistent defense

I think Afflalo and Hayward should be ahead of Gordon and Martin. Joe Johnson and Lance should swap places… Other than that, pretty solid.

I dont feel like Demar is better then any of the people below him. He is an average defender, below average rebounder and passer, and poor 3 point shooter. Sure he scores 20 a night, but on 43% from the field, 30% from 3 and 78% from the line. Doesnt rebound even close to as well as he should for his physical gifts and athletic ability. I’d take everyone below him over him given the choice. People are saying he should be making the all-star team when this is Kyle Lowrys team, he is the one who has been putting this team over the top, Derozan has just been there to chuck up shots.

With Demar you need to look beyond the stats. He has become a leader in Toronto, and although he is not the best shooter he has improved. He has had to carry the scoring load and he is doing a good job, and in turn the Raptors are looking like a playoff team. He is just as good or better defensively than everyone but D-Wade, Lance, and Afflalo. 43% is not bad, and 30% is not bad for a guy who had no shot coming into the NBA. He has come a long way and has improved every season, and with his athleticism he has the potential to be a star in the league.

Yeah but improvement and potential don’t necessarily show how good a player is. (43% and 30% are still not good percentages).

btw, DeRozan plays SF. T-Ross plays SG, right?

Arron Afflalo is top five right now even though he plays on a bad team. He averages 21 ppg on 47% shooting and is probably the best defender out of everyone on this list by a wide margin.

James Harden is probably the only superstar SG in the league right now (excluding Kobe of course) but the SG crop has really improved in the last 2-3 seasons as a whole. It felt like this such a weak position only recently but that doesn’t appear to be the case any more.

I like Beal but I wouldn’t put him on that level yet. He is still not nearly as aggressive as he should be in going to the hoop, instead he often settles for long 2’s, and his handles need some serious work. Don’t get me wrong I think in a few years he will be there but I think he still has a lot of work to do.

    Wesley Mathews left of this list is a SHAME. (17ppg, 4rpg, 45% 3pt, 50% 2pt.). DeMar DeRozan wouldn’t even start for the Trailblazers. Batum (13ppg, 7rpg, 6apg).

Wesley Matthews and Arron Afflalo are brutally undervalued on this list

    Eric Gordon? Like usual, over-valued

    1) Derozan is overvalued. He’s a good high volume scorer, but is not that efficient. BTW, the leader in Toronto is Kyle Lowry, who should have been 6th or 7th on the PG list

    2) Wesley Matthews and Lance Stephenson HAVE to be top 5

    3) Ginobili is still a top 10 SG. He has been super efficient in limited minutes this season.

Wesley Matthews should definitely be in the top ten. He’s shooting the hell out of the ball and is playing very good defense as usual, but let’s not get carried away… He’s playing off of, arguably, the best power forward in basketball and a top ten point guard. The game is made very easy for him. He just has to play his role.

The player I feel is the most underrated is Aaron Afflalo. This guy is the meaning of "hard work pays off". He’s still a great defender, but has developed so much offensively. He’s still a great shooter, but now has the ability to put the ball on the floor and post up. I’m VERY impressed with him. I’d say he’s top five right now.

The player I feel is the most overrated is Joe "Isolation" Johnson. This guy will dribble the air out of the ball. He won’t just take an open jumpshot… He has to dribble it first. There’s no way he’s a top five shooting guard. Those days are over.

    – Lance Stephenson should be in the top five and easily.

    – Eric Gordon is not top ten right now.

    – Gordon Hayward should be in the top ten, probably just outside of the top five. He’s an all-around player who plays both ends of the floor.
