bflaa2ParticipantI like that you are high on Holiday I think he willl go high but 4…I dont think so. But he is rising fast like Russell Westbrook did last year. I think he wikll go like 10-13 range. And Hill dropping is unrealistic i think I dont think there is any way possible he will fall byGolden State and ABSOLUTELTY no way he falls by Toronto. He is an athletic PF with perfect size, plays with intensity and…..and…. can hit the mid range jumper. Hes got some serious potential!

Appleby_15Participant–I don’t like the big fella goin’ to Memphis either, but Chad Ford says the Grizz want defense Thabeet fits the bill.
–I know it seems a little high, but a lot of people are saying that Holliday is performing well in workouts, so like Russell Westbrook last year, I wouldn’t be surprised to see him jump up draft boards. Plus the Kings desperately need a point guard.
–Hill could slip because he doesn’t have the refined game to immediately contribute in the NBA, which is what most lottery teams are looking for. In addition, the teams picking 4-9 are in the market for guards, not a undersized power forward.
–Flynn would be an excellent pick for the Knicks. I understand the Curry sentiment, but he is still not a true point guard. Flynn can run the up-and-down system to perfection, and is a prime time player who loves the big stage. It could go either way, but I chose Flynn.
–I don’t know what your problem is with Clark at #14. That’s about where most people have him projected. Plus, the suns are looking to replace Marion, and Clark possesses the versitility to do just that.0 - Posted on: Tue, 05/26/2009 - 10:19am #153235
NYK423ParticipantHoliday to sac is a real possibility, Thabeet to the griz has been rumored, i dont think hill falls past the knicks and i dont think the knicks are as sold on curry as everybody thinks. Curry if he doesnt get picked by the knicks will probaly fall to indiana, i dont see how charlotte could take another guard.

bflaa2ParticipantJordan Hill is nto undersized he is 6’10 235 that is a good for a PF. I dont think he will fall out of the top 7! Teams will trade up for a future grood big man. Yes he will have to develop but he has got it!

bflaa2ParticipantAnyone ever noticed everyone is huge on these combo guards coming out of college lately? Russell Westbrook, Ben Gordon, Jrue Holiday, OJ Mayo(kinda), Steph Curry, Bayless. And then once they go pro everyone wants to get true PG or not undersized SG. Dont draft them if you arent gonna eb happy with them! It seems like teams dont liekt hese guys a few years down the road why is this?

los507ParticipantFirst thing never listen to Chad Ford he has no idea what he is talking about, I live in Memphis there is no discussion of Thabeet and people would hate that pick we need a 4 man. I like what we have in Gasol , but on to Holiday I’m not quite that high on him like others are I feel he will be good but he didn’t produce this year like I had anticipated but that could mean nothing he could have went to the wrong school.Barring the earth ending or Rubio flat out saying he will not play in Memphis or a major trade happening I don’t see Rubio slipping past the Grizz it’s not a need but this franchise can’t pass up that kind of talent without getting a lot in return.Derozan is ok I don’t see him in the same light as others but a lot of people that I hear talking about him are westcoast guy and I will concede that they have seen him more than me but I would prefer to have Ty Evans if I had to choose between the two but I admit I am a bit biased because I’m from Memphis.I think Hill is the best 4 man after Griffin and the market will dictate him getting picked higher than tenth but I could be wrong.I agree that GS would have to give him a good look but they have been stockpiling the 4 but Randolph is more of a 3 right now.But I wasn’t trying to knock your blog it’s pretty good if we all agreed on everything blogging about the draft wouldn’t be so fun.
