if trae young gets taken before Luka Doncic, take a bath in some A1 sauce, that is a bold prediction.

the magic are really bad as a whole but their PG position is terrible, so I have them picking Trae, I dont think he becomes a steph curry or anything like that though I believe Donicic will have a better carrer though.

If they have a high pick and really want a point they’ll prob trade back, get some future assets and draft Trae or Sexton.

For the Grizzlies, I kinda want to trade down with the Atlanta Hawks.  I have a sinking ‘1986’ feeling about this draft.

The Hawks might pick one pick lower than we do PLUS they pick at 18 (along with 30 and 33).

    I want to trade them, say, 2 and 32 for 3, 18, 30, and 33.

Going with Mikal Bridges at 3, Donte Inferno at 18, then whatever Milk Carton Big (Mitchell Robinson? Brandon McCoy?) falls to 30.  Then a "stash guy" at 33.

Too many potential landmines in this draft and a bunch of bigs who all look the same — I like Bamba, Mitchell Robinson, and Robert Williams III more than Bagley, Ayton, and Jackson, Jr.  Moe Wagner intrigues me, too.

Depending on how the drafts go, I think there will be a run on bigs at the top end (possibly the majority of the top 5), or you go Ayton, two wings, then a run on bigs at 6-10.  Plus ANOTHER run on the big men towards the second half of the first round.

Mikal Bridges can defend, shoot the 3, good athlete, can finish dunks, great percentage on free throws. Played in a really good system. Has two titles. 6’7 with a 7’1 wingspan. I will take that.

Although I think I would trade down TWICE.  From 2 to 3 (with the Hawks). Then from 3 to 5 or 6 and pick up either another first rounder AND a second rounder plus cash OR a FUTURE first rounder (or two) to go with the extra 2nd and cash considerations.

IF we get Mikal and Donte then our perimeter rotation will be BEYOND set next season (especially if Tyreke Evans resigns).  Conley, Dillon Brooks, Marshon Brooks, Mikal Bridges, Tyreke Evans, Andrew Harrison, Donte Inferno, Kobi Simmons, Ben McLemore, and Chandler Parsons.  Then you have a 3 big man rotation of Marc Gasol, JaMychal Green and either Ivan Rabb or Jarell Martin (with Parsons also playing some 4).  Then you draft an extra big (or two) at 30 and 33.

Yeah, this draft is closer to 1986 than 1984.

Or this is a bracket buster draft with some BIG hits and some BIG misses evenly dispersed in both rounds.

Or instead of trading twice from 2 to 3 to 6 you could trade 4 times from 2 to 3 to 4 to 5 to 6 then trade 6 for a late 1st round (or 2(or 3)) and a future 1st rounder that is protected from 15-30 indefenitely and only cashes in 1-14 but the pick would probably have to be protected from 1-3 to be fair but in that case I would also want a 3 and D player with upside in return, maybe Jaun Hernangomez for a Spanish connection with Gasol.
