omphalosParticipantGonzaga over North Carolina? Can I get an explanation? I know they lost Bouldin, but who did they add?

JNixonParticipantMizzou will be a top 15 team. Bank on it.
UGA will be greatly improved, but at best, they are like right at 25 instead of 17.
Outside of that, this list is very legit IMO.

Toronto16ParticipantJust my opinion, I think you got North Carolina a bit low.

SubZeroParticipantIt will be tough for Mississippi State to keep that ranking, considering their only good players are Renardo Sidney and Ravern Johnson (I live 30 minutes away from Starkville so everyone I know is a State fan lol)

651TwolvesParticipanthow can you leave a team who was in the national championship out of your top 25? I can see not top 10, but c’mon…
other than that though, it looks pretty solid other than zaga and nc being too high

JNixonParticipantYeah I just noticed there’s no Butler too. They’ll be a top 25 team next year without Hayward.

RUDEBOY_Participanti had intended to do analysis of each team..but had to stop after hearing of my aunt’s death last night…but dying is a part of life…you have to learn some way to deal with it and move on..or it will destroy you..
yeah Butler should be ranked somewhere in the 17 to 25 range…
it seems every year Gonzaga finds someone that does a good job of running their teams….
I think North Carolina might end the season in the top 5..I know Zeller will be much improve next season..But who will do the dirty work ? Right now they dont have any physical players inside

RUDEBOY_Participantthis year there are about 40 teams that could be ranked in the top 30..

omphalosParticipantZags have Elias Harris who will have an increased role this year. He could very easily make it to the L. But still, they don’t have any player anywhere near Barnes.

llperezUCLA #1 They bring back honeycutt and nelson who should both break out as sophomores. They have two top recruits coming in in josh smith and tyler lamb. They have the number 1 juco pg in america form chicago coming in who i have been told is someone who could come in and start from day one. Malcolm Lee to anchor it all down. Ben Howland is pissed about last year. And by number 1, I meant top 25.

IknoBall12Participantgordon hayward was a real key to that team. they arent as good without him. shelvin mack and mat howard will get better but thats it. they should be on the list tho
