[MUST READ 4th dimension] Rags to riches; My point system story.
The fact that you made a thread about me shows how much Ive been annoying you for whatever reason. Im just here to talk basketball and none of my opinions seems to be respected around here. I make one suggestion/comment, then boom I get -10 pts instantly. Its kind of BS if you ask me.
Wow! I post on here and I get -2 pts? This the type of &$#%#&@! Im talking about. People just seems to give me negative pts for no reason. It makes me not even want to open up and express my honest opinion just because I will get negative pts. Doesnt make any sense.
McDunkin is a point whore......true story. He has told me, in confidence of course, which I am clearly letting him down here, about his plans for achieving top dog status on this site.
You see, back in April of last year, a couple of us started a thread. You may have heard of it, it was called, 'John Wall Fails Drug Test." Actually, Knicksfan started it, not to be confused with Knicksboy---don't get me started on that dude. Seriously, what the fu@k is up with that guy??? Amirite?!
Anyways, the thread quickly turned into the biggest phenomenon on the site, possibly the whole interwebz. We were getting sponserships, coke commercials-McDunkin went the 4loko route though-and everything was going great.
We were all fine with being a group with no one being above the other. McDunkin was a rookie on the site, I belive he had about 50 points or so. I saw the potential in this kid and tried to keep him on course, you know, keep his head straight.
But he had that hungry look in his eyes. He started posting on every thread just to thumb himself up. He was trying too hard, it was sad to see this once promising poster get all big headed. He was out of control.
Then, when I though he couldn't get any lower, he found out about gifs....endo story my friends.
Nowadays, he spends his days and nights scouring the web for gifs and pics, hoping to find that one epic one to ecplise orangejuicejones record for thumbs up ina thread. It isn't even fun for him anymore....just an addiction.
The next time you give him a thumbs up, just remember this....
He doesn't care about you or anything you have to say. He is only in it for the points and nothing else. His animosity for Iggy is obvious if you look closely. I have gone through the records and he never thumbs him up, only down.
I beg you all to stop this point addict from destroying himself any further.

You post a lot, which is a good thing cuz I like a lot of the posts/threads you have, just not this one You don't have 2304 posts AND 1539 points for nothing lol. And you don't just post gifs (which are still funny, not dissin.)

I used to think him and Tongue-Out were the only douches on this site. My opinions have changed since then.

Most times I usually only post on basketball-related topics, and a lot of times they are TOL-23's so don't try and single me out for picking on him. I prolly shouldn't of even posted on this thread in the first place, not really my territory. It is 3am and I should be asleep anyway.

i can understand people not agreeing with the fact i dont like cam newton, but the fact that people dont agree that people like his father ruin the NCAA (all sports) is RIDICULOUS.... its called equal opprotunity and its a rule for a reason... (this topic had nothing to do with cam newton as a player, or how he would be as a pro... but the influence of idiotic parents on their childrens professional careers)...

i MAY have talked about cam in my first post trying to explain what his father has done to college atheletics... but in no way do i care about him in any way... if anything id be jealous about the SEC not having to honor scholarships compared to other ncaa conferences...
i could have just as easily made this topic about Chris webber, Marcus camby, OJ Mayo, or derrick Rose... but this just seemed more relevant to the time...

I've been looking at some of the posts made by 4th dimension.. I'm here to help you out in how to get more points, since you're so worried about them. When I started, I was a cocky hard headed -300 pt guy.. I'm still a bit cocky and hard headed but now I give my arguments more value. I think about what I'm actually going to say and I try to look at both sides of the argument. Now, I'm 47 years old and I have 1,500 points and I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to BowFlex.
Reasons as to why you have received your negatives.
1. You're a rookie and people sometimes gives you negatives simply because you are new. Sucks, but it takes time.
2. Have an open mind. Look at both sides of the given topic and give a valid argument.
3. Don't care too much about the points. I've seen some of your posts and replies and they are just rants about how you have so many negative points.
4. Take the critcm. Use it to improve your point. If somebody tells me my topic is incorrect for whatever reason. I try to look at why they think it is negative and improve it so that it now makes sense.
Keep an open mind or you'll end up hard headed and think you're always right even though you are obviously wrong.. a la Quincey_Hodges.
