Just another reason why soccer sucks. There fans are the dumbest people alive.
Wow thats really tragic, no excuse for this period
I honestly dont get why people hate soccer so much i mean im not a huge fan by any means(im italian so you know that unusual) but I respect soccer players alot.I always here football players saying soccer is for p@ssies or not real athlete yet lets compare them. YupYup this not exactly directed to you just sports fan in general
1. Soccer players play 2 halves of 45 minutes only allowing 3 subs total all game and any time stalling is added to the end of the game known as extra time. In football you barely play half the game(since offense and defense seperate), and take plenty of breaks in between.
2.Football players take contact yet they wear a sh!t load of padding and helmets(its dangerous well whats rugbys excuse), soccer wear some protection yet still get hit in their legs, and headbutted etc.
3. soccer players need to learn to control the ball with their feet, which takes time to learn and a lot of cordination as well as practice, as well as learning to curve the ball in aerodynamic ways. Football players catch balls, throw, and tackle(which all takes proper practice as well as some are insane athletes).
4. Soccer scores are low(you ever try to play soccer harder then it looks) and less "exciting" but it just seems people are scared of the greater challenge. Football scores are higher and more "exciting" but still challenging,
Fans- Soccer fans are F2cking nuts, football fans just get drunk. Which fans are dumber probably equally ever see the story of drunk football fans killing innocent people while driving back home(you should check that out it probably equal same amount as tragedy as soccer fans).
Final Conclusion- People are f@cking stupid, and it doesnt matter what sport they like they do stupid sh!t, and innocent people pay the price.
soccer sucks and these countries that riot are embarrassing
I agree with a lot of what you said, but you don't see football fans or basketball fans (even when drunk) rioting like this. It's ridiculous. Soccer outside the US is so important to these people that it's sickening.
Yes it is its pathetic thats roits happen over a sporting event period. Sports arefor entertaiment..thats all no need to cause roits, death threats over any of it.Period unfortunately not all people use common sense
I have always hated soccer so this type of stuff actually makes me laugh. Maybe that's messed up but yea
The Nets would love to see Blatche come off the bench behind Brook Lopez and give them another strong presence in the paint on both ends of the floor. If he can do that, he could turn out to be one of the real steals in this summer’s free agency crop. Considering the Nets don’t have another true center under contract, this is a very real opportunity for Blatche to get his career back on track.eq432
The Toronto Raptors are in the ending stages of a long-term rebuilding project, which just might give the franchise an opportunity to break its current four-year playoff drought during the 2012-13 campaign. Armed with an assortment of former lottery picks on its roster, the Raptors have been watching the chemistry of its young core grow and develop while also looking at ways to bolster their talent by acquiring All-Star talent via free agency and trade.32432
