moochieeParticipantI realize it’s getting close to the start of the NBA season, but if you’re like me and have yet to find yourself a good fantasy league to play in then hopefully this will appeal to you!
I’ve been playing in a 20 team league (8th Deadly Sins League) with other forum members over the last couple years, but it looks like the manager of that league will not be starting it up again for this year. It’s a ton of fun playing with other posters from this site cause everybody is pretty well versed on how to build themselves a solid squad and who the sleepers are each season so the competition is always fierce. Playing with a league of 20 teams is the only way to do it for the hardcore fans in my opinion. It means you’ve got to know each teams roster inside and out. A lot of times you win or lose your league in the last rounds of the draft by getting some extreme out of nowhere talent that separates your team from the rest of the pack. If I can’t find 20 people through this site then I’ll go to different boards to fill out the league.
Some league details: Head to head category scoring, 10 Categories (standard categories + DD’s and TD’s), 8 team playoffs, 2 IR spots, snake draft (7:30PM EST, Monday October 26th)

Over the years it seems like these guys come out of the woodworks to sign up for our fantasy leagues and then never participate, thus making the league worse. We should have enough active posters on this site to have a highly involved league from top to bottom.

CynthiaParticipantAgreed, we always have a few randoms that want in but never actually do anything. Out of the 20 we usually only have about 10-12 active, which in reality isn’t too horrible(compared to a league of all randoms), but it could be better.

Like Dmo said, I’m probably only going to send out an invite if I can see that you’re more of a regular poster because we’ve had some newer people disappear on us halfway through a season before. It’s a good group so far, post your email if you want one of the last 4 spots!
