rhofernParticipantAssuming the Charlotte-Cleveland swap goes down, the Cavs will take Beal at 2. Who does Washington take at 3? I think Barnes is a better fit than MKG, as they need scoring help. Where does that leave Charlotte at 4? Thomas Robinson or Michael Kidd-Gilchrist? I say TRob is their guy. At 5, sources say, the Kings will pass on MKG if hes available and opt to trade, so Andre Drummond might be the pick. Lillard at 6 to portland. So Dion Waiters or MKG to Warriors at 7? Is any of this possible?

burningfloodParticipantI wish. If MKG is there at 7, it’ll be a perfect fit for the Warriors: good potential, fits a need. In typical Warriors fashion, however, my hometown team will undoubtedly pick the far less useful pick, Dion Waiters.

220ParticipantJerry West is in the war room, so as long as they are trusting his judgment expect your team to get whoever the better player is…I personally still think it’s MKG. I wonder if Barnes falls if the Warriors take Waiters over him. West was talking about needing toughness and I don’t see that being Barnes forte.

benny15Participantwhat i want to know is how much do the warriors rate MKG over Barnes, if they do at all. lets say, for the sake of argument they do. now if this scenario plays out as mentioned earlier with the cleveland-charlote swap happens, can we expect a simillar deal to go between the wizzards and the warriors?
if Beal is no longer available to Washington, lets say they take MKG. then cleveland takes Robinson for charlote, sacramento takes drummond for Houston, and portland takes Lilalrd. that leaves the warriors with Harrison Barnes or Dion Waiters(smoke screen to me though).
would the warriors be willing to make an offer to washington of the 7th and 30th pick for the 3rd and 32nd? and if they do, would the wizzards want to take it?

GoJOSH HUESTISParticipantMKG can score so scoring wouldnt be a issue (Barnes only put up 5 more points than MKG while 6 more shots) plys MKG gives you lock down D potential and will do whatever it takes to get a win. You wont have to worry about him asking for the ball or not giving 100percent effort ever and he can guard 3 different positions, and some PF from time to time

benny15Participantyeah its possible but all im reading and hearing is that the wizzards really favors MKG so they may end up picking him over Barnes despite the fit.
