RotelaParticipantWhat do people think, does he have a legitimate chance in the league, he is currently playing for the Nigerian team this summer in the Afrobasket, he just had his best game with 10 points and 3 rebounds including this throwdown over new Dallas Mavericks centre Salah Mejri who is 7’1. He has done well so far but I think he needs to have a higher motor, he can be a bit passive sometimes but hopefully the experience around former College players will help him in his senior year.
Link to the dunk is here by the way…

providencefriars1Participant2nd round prospect. Good creator for a wing player and a solid shooter (39% 3pt). Should have a good year at Cuse this year.

ncballerHe and Kyle Collinsworth really intrigue me. Both are older, both really versatile and I believe both are great value picks in the second rounds and project as high level backups.

dcaseParticipantAgree with the previous posts. Likely a second round pick. He will be a 5th year senior so his age will work against him in some teams eyes. However his versatility is his strength. Really improved his 3pt shooting last year. He is also a 6’7" guy that can handle the ball. Played some point guard last year and will likely play at the point quite a bit this upcoming season, since Syracuse only has one true PG on the roster (Kaleb Joseph….and he struggled last year as a freshman). I think he will be the Cuse’s best player and has a chance to make an all ACC team. Playing on the Nigerian national team is only going to help him moving forward.

RUDEBOY_Participantif he continue to progress like he did last season..with his versatility, ability to score, hit 3s,great court vision, ability to run the team and being a good athlete……i see no reason why he cant improve his draft stock to the early 20s of the 1st round….

machu46ParticipantGotta wait and see how he does this year. He’s got an interesting skillset, but he doesn’t really bring it every night. As evidenced by his poor free throw shooting, you can kinda tell that he’s a streaky shooter; he had a really good year last year though. Very good passer for his size/position too.
I think he’s likely a 2nd round guy at best, but we’ll see.
