Jervis Vernado – 3-4 years after coming out of college and he is now an improve player, he successfully put on him some weight, amazing shot blocking tools, know the game better, better position himself, become more competitor now and even you can see him more decisive on offense with his moves.

Scotty Hopson – very young, after his first year as a pro and in international BB where he become MVP of the Israel league, always had the talent but now his head a little bit better, don’t get me wrong he’s still somehow a project and the inconsistent nature not totally out of the way but I think it will be worth for the Heat to invest in him a little, keep him and try to develop, using also Dleague.

Ian Clark has been more impressive than Hopson.

He’s a 6’3 combo guard who can shoot the lights out and defend.
He’s still been more impressive than Hopson.

Eric Green and Kybango too. And James Ennis. The Heat were loaded on their SL roster this year

or has Vernado’s mid range jump shot look so much better than when he was in college. I think he is an NBA player right now, but if he can have some consistancy with that shot, then combined it with his defense and he is a rotation player next year.
