Calathes is under contract with Lokomotiv Kazan in2013-14 ,but has a clause that allows him to jump to the nba.....

John Hollinger must be behind this move,he now works in the Grizzlies front office..And he was very high on this kid in 2009......I remember John Hollinger saying that he felt Calathes was the 3rd best pg in the draft and the 6th best player overall......
About time... Dude has been on a milk carton since 09
Good move. I remember Calathes scoring high on Hollinger's rating system back then, so I'm sure this is his move.
Grizz need a back up point and Calathes would be a definite upgrade over Wroten, who looked awful in summer league. If this move happens I'd be worried for Wroten getting his 3rd and 4th yr options exercised.
Awww man I forgot about this guy...remember back in their high school days Parsons was the sidekick of the 2?
Grizz signed him officially for 2 yrs, 2 mill. I think its a really good, necessary move since they had a huge hole backing up Conley. He's not the other shooter that they could've used off the bench, but at least he's a solid decision maker, ball-handler and passer who can take Bayless off the ball while also being able to defend 2's off the bench.
Prince/ Miller/ Pondexter
Still a little weak in terms of shooting and at the 3 spot in general, but that's a solid 11 man rotation with adequate back ups at each position.
He can't shoot.
Well...he is part greek and all so he had to have ATLEAST a few flaws
