trelos6ParticipantI’m glad Doug McDermott has been given a fair go by Hoiberg.
Dude can flat out shoot the ball, and spacing is key for this team. Rose/Butler are drivers, so they need this shooting to help space the floor.
I enjoyed seeing him play for Creighton, and climb the all time NCAA charts as a 3000pts player.
I hope he can carve out a good role in the association like Korver has done.

ChewyParticipantby shot selection alone that he already feels more comfortable now than at any point last year w/ Tibs. He is ready to contribute immediately on the offensive end. Snell is a shooter too, but he is more streaky. Dougie is more reliable offensivly. I DO NOT miss Dunleavy at all right now! I’ve seen him get burned a few times defensively, but honestly, he is not as bad at that end as I thought he would be.
Moore has been playing well for the Bulls too as a third PG. Clear upgrade over Hinrich, but considering how Kirk played last year, that’s not saying much.

NBAjunkie81ParticipantIt’s "Dougie McBuckets" baby! He’ll pour in 15 points for you but his man will score half a hundred…. It’s s shame Noel was injured I wanted to see Mirotic go head to head w/ Sixers 7 foot jumping jack… I don’t want to take anything away from Mirotic though – he had a real nice game…

Mr. HookShotParticipantThe fact that the Bulls have McDermott and Snell really gives them versatility; Dougie as an offensive sparkplug, and Snell as a defensive pest…

King CaluchaParticipantI’ve been watching him lately. He tries really really hard but he really sucks on defense. He could be a decent player, though.

Andrew1984ParticipantOnly semi-reluctant confession: I’ve had a man crush on Douglas for years.
