the I in winParticipantNo, his game is’nt based on stength at all. He has used his height and length his whole career to be a mismatch nightmare, when he was playing the 3. Now that he is playing PF he doesn’t have height or length and he never was fast.
Did anyone notice in game 5 that paul pierce couldn’t guard Lewis to save is life?

sc0rebuckets11ParticipantHe’s a nightmare for 3’s, but he plays the 4’s. He’ll bang against smaller guys, but he doesn’t even try against bigger ones. His post game isn’t that good from what ive seen, either.

whyyouhatingParticipanteven in high school he was a wing player.
I went to Elsik high for 2 years and watch him through out his HS career he did not
play inside and I never understood why the Magic decided to pay in that much to play a
position he has never been comfortable with. He is a 3 and that is his best position.0 - Posted on: Sat, 05/29/2010 - 2:15pm #323022

Kiwifan94ParticipantRashard is best suited for the 3 and as long as he plays the 4 the Magic will never win a Championship. While he isn’t the quickest or fastest at the 3 Dwight will make up for his defensive inability. Yet he is a mismatch for most 3’s because he has the ability to post them up as we seen against Paul Pierce.

thparadoxParticipantAre you guys serious?
Lewis worked perfectly last year as the PF for the magic. He spread the floor and defenders couldn’t leave him or he would knock down 3s. He would also drive on slower PFs.
This works well with Dwight at C because dwight can do more of the dirty work… rebounding and shot blocking that rashard doesnt’ take part in…
Rashard was awful in this celtics series… the reason is that bostons D was incredible, and lewis didn’t play agressively (he didn’t attack the basket). The chemistry is completely different with VC instead of Turkoglu, and it hurt lewis a lot, because he’s an off the ball player

the I in winParticipantThe idea of Lewis at the 4 next to howard is good but when a team (boston) can single coverage him and stay home on the shooters Lewis is close to worthless, as seen in the boston series.

sheltwon3ParticipantLewis was not aggressive at all. I doubt it was steroid that helped him. All he had to do was be aggressive at the same time steroids do make you aggressive. Hmmm lol. Just messing I doubt it was that.

Bnix13ParticipantHe had the flu, he had two bags of fluids before game 4 just to help him fell better (meaning he was dehydrated). Sickness happens but nobody is on top of their game when it does.
He spreads the floor well at the 4 but when he isn’t shooting well they should move him to the 3 to take advantage of his length in the post to get offensive production out of him.

bobbybParticipantThe drugs he was taking were for stamina NOT strength, anyone who actually goes out and plays knows that stamina is important.

Leftovers16Participanti think he was paid to play horribly i mean his contract is 100 mill i think he just wants more money and was bought off, even i can go out and average 5 pts in the playoffs
