I haven’t seen anyone speak on Kostas Antetokounmpo as a potential draft prospect within either 2018/2019 Mock drafts. With the length and size that he possesses as a SF, I would at least expect a few people to throw his name in the mix, especially with the success his brother, Giannis has been having as of late.

Although he’s at a smaller program such as Dayton, does anyone see Kostas rising up the boards anytime soon?

He has size and length but I wouldn’t call him a SF.  He doesn’t have nearly the ball skill and athleticism that Giannis had at that age.  Who knows how much he’s improved though, nobody has seen him play organized ball for almost 2 years and even then he wasn’t anything special. We could’ve caught a glimpse this summer at the u20s but he broke his leg.  Not sure if he’ll even be ready to start the season.  Out of his brothers he appears to have the best outside touch, but I wouldn’t call him a good shooter and he has a slow release. Can’t say much else about his game bc he was so raw.

I wouldn’t use him being Giannis’ brother as much of a sample size for talent. Remember Thanasis Antetokounmpo?

I read somewhere that this kid was considered a better prospect than Giannis at the same age but he has a long way to go. He is incredibly skinny but at 6ft 10ins and with a good wing span there is obvious defensive potential in the guy, I could see a team in the 2nd round taking a flyer on him given the family name alone.

Lots of guys with a name will never live up to the family "star" but don’t forget Marc Gasol who was picked up at 48 in 2007 on possible name value and has had a stellar NBA career.
