He’s indicated this repeatedly when he’s spent time back in town. Its never been attached to any kind of promise to play in Cleveland or anything. I don’t know about the validity of this particular report, its sooner than they’d need to make that decision public.

 If this is indeed true of things to come, it will only help solidify the speculation that Wiggins will be there at 3 for Philly.   Yeah !!!

 How would you feel about a Parker Stauskas draft?  I think Stauskas is the perfect compliment to MCW.  I project Wiggins as more of a 2 guard so I think the Cavs could still take him in hopes Lebron signs on.  Ultimately I think they take Embiid.

But back to my original point, from the 76ers perspective sure Parker and Stauskas doesn’t do much defensively.  But if they play at a similar pace as last year they would be devastating offensively on the wing, and if Noel is the defensive anchor he is projected to be it might not be all that bad.

Yeah it was an honest question and a legitimate possibility since the top 3 still seems to be up in the air and you’re a 76ers fan.  That team would score bunches.

Alright. Well, since you put it that way. I’ve said this on other forums before: I’ll be just as happy if they’re able to draft Parker at 3, and Stauskas at 10. A lot of people complained that you wouldn’t get too much D with those two in the lineup. But, I don’t see that way. To me, Parker is a decent-enough rebounder already, and him and Stauskas won’t be asked to play too much D since Noel, MCW, and Thad would have enough length and athleticism to cover for them. They’re just expected to score, if the Sixers pick them. But now, things are definitely more uncertain compared to before coz of the Embiid news today.
