Lebron Tweets''Karma is a B**ch'' after Cavs get Blown Out
King James is starting to really embrace his role as a Villian...After the Cavs were blown out by the Lakers..
Lebron tweeted ''Karma is a B**ch''...Gets you every time..Its not good to wish anything bad on anyone..God sees everything.....
Lebron seems to be putting dirt on the Cavs...
I think hes refferring to the owner not really the team. The owner was a dick too him
I think he starting to enjoying being the villian in the NBA.
alot of people say lebron was upset when dan gilbert refused to include jj hickson in a trade for amare....lebron confronted gilbert .......and gilbert told lebron he was the owner of the team not him......
Leave God out of your tweets this guy just doesn't get it just shut up already.
^ Gotta agree. Using a curse and then God in the same tweet is kind of an oxymoron you know?
LeBron keeps telling us the Cleveland "Decision" is behind him and he and everyone else should move on and than he does this? Just another example of a very poorly run LBJ "brand." This guy could rule if he had professionals in his camp. It seems he would rather over pay his childhood friends and continue to take a beating in public relations and ultimately in the pocket book.
Is really seeming like a pretty immature guy. I mean, I would more than likely harbor some ill feelings towards Dan Gilbert and such, but keep it to yourself man. I mean, at one time a lot of those players were his boys, he should have nothing against them. They more or less had his back on many an occasion. I think that LeBron is a brilliant athlete and has a chance to be one of the better basketball players to have ever played the game. Also, I believe he is at the brink of being the best player in the NBA bar none, if not already there. But, there is no need to say "Karma is a b-itch" after getting destroyed by the Lakers. He is just putting even more pressure on himself, and all in all, giving himself bad Karma. Karma is a double edged sword, and the people that tend to say that it is in their favor need to only look around the corner to have whoever they are talking about saying the same thing. LeBron, I defend certain things you say and do, but certain things still total puzzle me. I believe you should be a lot more introspective, and than you would gain a lot more universal respect, which all in all I believe you seek.
the Celtics are still a b*tch. They see everything.
Well, seeing as lebron is 21-1 in his last 22 games, and no one, even the celtics, have been even remotely on the Heats' level lately, i think he can say whatever he wants. Especially after that clown Gilbert said "The Cavs are going to win a title before the Heat".
Both Lebron & Gilbert are acting immature..Gilbert had the Cavs move out of a hotel in LA,he knew Lebron and the Heat were staying in....Every since he has owned the Cavs every time they visit LA they've always got rooms at the same Hotel....
Another poor quote by LeBron. And then people wonder why he gets so much negativity.
He's talking about karma when he didn't even have the decency to let his former team know about his decision until a one hour television show... He didn't talk to ownership or his own teammates for weeks. This is a guy who refuses to say that what he did probably wasn't the best and give the smallest of an apology, even to all of those fans who packed the arena every night.
LeBron is an idiot. And I don't think embracing the villian role is picking on a team that's already as low as a team can go. LeBron just better not come up short come playoff time like he's done the last two seasons.
^ Agreed. This entire debacle showed me that some people take sports waaaaaaaaay too seriously.
And I have a hard time believing that Dan Gilbert didn't want Stoudemire and told LeBron that... LeBron had A LOT of say so in that organization. He was okaying roster moves.
I don't think LeBron wanted Stoudemire in Cleveland because they actually might have WON... And then that's more pressure on LeBron to remain in Cleveland. He knew he wasn't returning to Cleveland.
I just have a hard time believing LeBron saying... "Dan... GET ME STOUDEMIRE" and Dan saying, "No... We like Hickson more and this is MY team." Come on now...
Karma? Dan Gilbert pissed off Lebron and then just a mere 6 months later in a Tuesday night game against the Lakers, the Universe struck back and got its revenge on the Cavaliers!!! lol, ridiculous. What an arrogant prick.
Melo should learn SOMETHING watching This..
Melo is destroying that team by not saying what he wants to do.....Even Fans in Denver are tired of the 'Melo Drama''' and starting to BOO HIM...
Hey,i like that word '''Melo Drama''''lol
Melo has said what he wants to do... He wants to be traded to the New York Knicks.
Bottom Line, Lebron didn't do anything wrong. He shouldn't be a villian. He decided he wanted to play for another team. He was a FREE AGENT. So did Boozer. So did Amare. Why is Lebron the enemy?
He promoted the Descicion event, sure, but that was a CHARITY FUNDRAISER. It was an hour long. Nobody made you watch. He raised Millions for boys and girls clubs. Thats new gyms, football fields, computer for kids who need help all over the country. I went to the Boys and Girls club as a kid, worked there, and Coach there. Its a great place. Even $1000 at one branch goes miles like you wouldn't believe towards helping get nice things for the afterschool care.
Then Dan Gilbert launches this crusade against him. I've never seen an owner act so out of line against an individual in sports, It was the most unprofessional act ive ever seen. And he publicized it.
Well the Heat are the best in the NBA right now, and the Cavs got monkeystomped like a high school team.
So in this case Lebron. You are right. Karma is a biyatch. You gave the Cavs 7 years, you didn't have to stay even that long, of the best basketball, economic production, and fun that the city has had since Jim Brown, and all you get is the whole country hating you.
What the tweet should have said was F YOU DAN GILBERT
Melo did not create the drama, you people are caught up in the media. The media does this which is why Denver is mad that NJ is leaking stuff. I don't agree with Lebron saying what he said and talking about Karma and wish bad on another because of what they did. The way it said and the timing was kind of petty but the thing is, there is some truth in it because regardless of what people say, this is something that a lot of people think. Also a lot of people are blind to the fact that as a believer in Christ curse words are more than just the few words that the US has deemed improper so when these same reporters and people knock on Lebron but use words that are are negative words towards another and think they are in the good because of the few words they didn't say. New flash God knows your heart and unlike people will not let your political correctness or morale sounding speech keep you off the hook because you didnt use four letter words or other variations.
Other than Cleveland fans, I don't know too many people that had a problem with LeBron signing with a different team and excercising his right to free-agency. He didn't handle his free-agency like a Boozer or Stoudemire though. He lacked class and wasn't professional as well.
The Decision was a poor idea... Period. It not only left bruised feelings in Cleveland, but it left a bad taste in basketball fans' mouths around the world. I don't know ANYBODY who thought that was a good idea. Yea, it donated money to the Boys and Girls clubs, but the show was mainly showcasing LeBron's arrogrance. "I'm taking my talents to South Beach." And all he's done since The Decision is continue to prove how arrogant and self-centered he is, which is why he keeps getting negativity.
I just don't think LeBron should be talking about karma because he deserves some too. He just sounds very hypocritical.
both need to be given a blouse, wig, makeup and some lipstick. Buncha b*tches.
karma is a b*tch, all of you would be thinking the same thing if YOU were in LeBrons shoes, he was just brave enough to say it. Lets not be o-so-Holy about the situation like we are all saints. LBJ is 25/26 years old but we hold him to the expectation of someone 35. I hope James keeps speaking his mind. Why not ? Let the kid be a human being. If you dont like what he says then dont read about him, if you see him on tv, hit the "mute" button.
"I don't think LeBron wanted Stoudemire in Cleveland because they actually might have WON... And then that's more pressure on LeBron to remain in Cleveland."
You think that seriously? Over something that would actually have a line of thought that makes sense (well not good basketball sense, but is much more believable) like the owner telling his player that he makes the decisions and not him? Alot of tanking would have to be involved if he was thinking that he would say he didn't want Amare so he could fall short of the Finals, lose to the Celtics, and not return to Cleveland. Alot of tanking that really wouldn't make sense. You're basically questioning whether Lebron is a competitor, and even if you don't like him as a person from what the public portrays him as, you can't just throw out a claim like that without knowing him at all. I very seriously doubt Amare Stoudemire had that big an effect on Lebron's grand scheme of leaving Cleveland and playing for the Heat.
I don't think Lebron should have said what he said, but personally I'm glad he's speaking his mind most athletes in his type of position are afraid to speak their mind because of the controversy it creates. What he said was towards Dan Gilbert and it was an emotional response which all ppl have
finds out how much of a b*tch karma is one day. He's been pretty lucky in life so far. But he won't always be a twenty-something millionaire.
yall pretty mad bout this whole lebron tweet. I actually thought it was pretty funny. I mean im no bron fan but when i heard this story i laughed
Lebron seems to have forgotten he left Cleveland not the other way around.
The post about 6 months later was great, also worry about the Heat not the Cavs he should've moved on from all this stuff already.
The tweet did amuse me and as a Phoenix fan we lost STAT but I'm glad he's doing well in NY and reviving the Knicks. I've never been huge on the Knicks but after so many poor years they deserve some success. LeBron gave Cleveland 7 years and was free to move on, he didn't demand a trade during his time there.
The roster moves should be up to the Front Office with the owner only getting involved if there is extra cost, I don't buy into it that LeBron would not want Cleveland to win so he could move on. Even if Cleveland had won the title, LeBron could still have moved on, he'd given the team a title and now he wanted a new challenge or he just opted back in for this season and enjoyed the title presentation and then made a long term decision this summer.
Good pt. Hitster.
Also I know this isn't a religous debate/forum but Christ and God are not the same.
He never said he was God.
I think alot of you are overanalyzing this. It is a stab at Gilbert, nothing less, nothing more. Should he have made a BS excuse that it didnt come from him or something? No, that was childish. But him saying it means nothing. Gilbert made a FOOL out of himself with that post decision announcement that was just embarrassing. Lebron was just making fun of him, and showing him that he was wrong and should not have went there if he cant back it up.
Why does he continue to make statements than retract them.
If you want to b.s. ppl you have your whole crew for that don't need to anounce everything to the media.
