Kyrie reportedly wants to play for the clippers. Adam Silver must be so pumped as it’s the one place Lebron won’t play and LA Kyrie rivalry would be great for the league. The clippers could send back a package that the cavs might be interested in. Deandre and picks for Kyrie seems fair. Lebron gets an athletic beast and Kyrie and Blake run the clippers for better or worse.

I think a 3 team deal would be better For the cavs. Kyrie to clipper. Clippers picks and Tristan Thompson to the suns. Cavs get Bledsoe and Jordan.

Why on earth would the Suns trade Bledsoe for Tristan?

I just wish he’d be traded and they get it over with I think Dallas could be a good fit they could give Cleveland Dennis Smith and another dude.

I would absolutely love to have Dennis Smith Jr. and a productive veteran whose salary matches Kyrie’s close enough to make a deal work. Preferably a two-guard, in his prime, with range, and the ability to demand defensive attention.

Obviously it would take an unlikely, complicated multi-team deal to make it happen, but the type of player I’d have in mind, in addition to DSJ, would be: Bradley Beal, Evan Fournier,  or Eric Gordon.

Since when was Kylie interested in being traded to the Clippers? I thought the only teams on his list were the Knicks, Wolves, Spurs and Heat. I haven’t heard of any new teams being added to his preferred list. Well maybe the Suns but that’s because of the package we know they have.

The Cavs would have to target teams with a mixture of picks, youth and solid vets on reasonable deals…

    Teams that fit this bill:

Celtics: They have picks out the backside and have some young promising pieces that could help in the future if Lebron bails again or if he stays. Which honestly looks 50/50 split at this point..For example they could make a trade of I.T,Brooklyn pick, and maybe one young player out of Smart,Brown or Taytum..The only risk is they make the Celtics better right now and this could make lebron leave if they don’t make it out of the east..

Suns: The obvious trade of Bledsoe and one of Bender or Jackson + the miami pick however this move is a little risky for the suns if Kyrie bails for nothing as it leaves them without a key youth piece for either building or trading later…

T-wolves: The Wolves could give up a package of something like this: Wiggins and Teague for Irving and Shumpert why both sides do this T-wolves do this to keep Stars happy(Butler and Towns) and Cavs do this to get Wiggins the key piece incase Lebron bails again, they get Teague to man the PG spot and they offload shumperts deal…

Denver Nuggets: a deal of Mudiay,Wilson Chandler, one of Harris/Murray and protect pick for Kyrie and Shumpert. Why both sides would consider this: Denver get a star to play with Jokic and Millsap who could help them make playoffs. Cavs do this for right now and later as they get to gain greater depth for while they have lebron and enough youth to help with a partial rebuild if he leaves..

Detroit: This move is a wild card one if you think about it for a second, Reggie J,Avery bradley and a future pick for Kyrie and Korver or Shumpert whoever Stan wants out of the two.. Why both side may consider this deal. Pistons do this to get Kyrie to pair with Drummond,to move Reggie and to not have to pay Avery.. Cavs do this to get a stop gap pg in Reggie but the key pieces for them in this deal are the pick(for rebuild purposes) and Avery who could then send J.R back to the bench and is more consistent at this point of their respective careers..This move also gives the cavs greater depth..

as for the the rest of the teams Kyrie wants to go to:

Spurs-No assets outside of Kawhi that make any sense to the cavs.Without involving other teams that is..

Knicks-A K.P trade makes a lot of sense as it opens up another move:A K-love trade(as they both do similar things love rebounds better right now though) which would get the cavs even more pieces for the future..The only down side is I see the Knicks forcing the take Noah as well sort of thing though and it depends on if they want to go full rebuild around Frank N and K.P in a year or two…

Heat-This makes no sense for both parties-Dion and Kyrie don’t make much sense as they didn’t work that well in Cleveland…Well unless they some how have figured out how to play with each other…

Part of the problem with making a trade for Irving is all the egos involved. Kyrie will only resign with a few teams which cuts everything down then if the Cavs find a trade partner and decent package it has to be approved by Lebron. So even if they could get back Bledsoe and Jordan which is good value and Kyrie agreed to play in LA if Lebron just doesnt want to play with Jordan the deals off. Its a difficult one to pull off as so many parties have to be satisfied and this is while juggling roster salary restrictions.
