Was watching some footage of Kris Dunn today, and I have to say I’m surprised there isn’t more buzz surrounding him as a potential lottery pick.

15.2 PPG 5.6 RPG 7.5 APG 48% FG  are extremely impressive stats for a sophomore. He might very well be the best point guard in the country as a 20 year old. Good height, long arms, very quick. He’s not Westbrook, but he’s an above average athlete, has huge defensive upside (2.8 steals per game) and is an elite playmaker. Not a great shooter as of this point, but he’s got a lot of the tools you look for in starting NBA point guard.  Why isn’t he being mocked higher, am I missing something here?

I have him ranked above Terry Rozier as NBA prospect. When draft time comes around I believe he will rise in the ranks like Efrid Payton did. He brings a lot of the same attribrutes Payton does game wise and phyically. PG that is big, athletic, defends, rebounds and with high assist numbers.

his shooting and turnovers (4.2 per game) are the 2 eyesores right now.  he’s a great athlete though and has a lot of potential.  i also like him more than rozier because he actually plays the point instead of off-ball.

Definitely NBA material. Has a lot of work to do to polish up his game before an NBA team is ready to let him quarterback their team.
