i saw about 3 minutes in the first quarter and in those 3 minutes they gave up 3 uncontested lay ups to brad miller, kevin martin and luis scola (although kmart blew his). Its pretty clear to me they might talk about ‘defense’ but dont really giev a dam about playing it. D’Antonni has never used rotations or made subs based around the defensive side. In past games i’ve watched, fields has argubaly been their best defender which is not a good thing.

    -Luis Scola worked them.

    -Ish Smith is fast

-Knicks D was very bad, as usual

    -Gallinari played ok

-Chuck Hayes bothered Amare with his physicality

-Fields played a Fields type of game.

-Chandler played with nonchalance, like always

They are missing Turiaf badly plus Gallinari is still playing like Melo is in his rearview.  Douglas is in a slump because when he plays well Knicks have  a chance.  Fields is getting better and better.

mmmmm yeah I doubt turiuf is tha answer. He helps but he fouls too
Much because he’s so hyper and he gives you nothing in the scoring/rebounding department (3ppg 2reb). “The knicks are who we thought they were”
