    1. Zach Randolph close to an extension with Memphis Grizzlies. reportedly a 4 year deal. This could spell the end for Marc Gasol and/or OJ Mayo as both are in line for big deals and Memphis cant afford both probably not even 1 more big contract. OJ to Chicago, Gasol to New York are my likely choices(source:Real GM)

    2. The Knicks are watching the status of Earl Barron(finally) whos second 10 day contract runs out today so he should be available to be signed Tuesday. The Knicks have 15 players so someone has to be waived I’m leaning towards Shelden Williams but they need front court depth, Walsh is high on Derrick Brown so the only other choice is Bill Walker who lost his 9th man spot to Roger Mason. Barron is a 7 footer who can rebound which the Knicks truly lack he might not be the answer in the long run but can provide good minutes for the playoff run.

The Grizzlies are still definitely going to try to re-sign Gasol, they love him, and I wouldn’t say Majo is in for a "big deal," he’s very talented, sure, but right now he’s playing just over 20 minutes a night backing up Tony Allen. Gasol would be a perfect fit in NY and Mayo would be for the Bulls, but I think Gasol will stay and Mayo (8 ppg this month after 9.2 in March) won’t get more than $6-8 million.
