Just read this article on ESPN.COM. I hope that he gets better. As a fan of the Cardinals I thought that he was on the right path to be a important player for the next few seasons. He was starting to play so well. This is a set back but he can come back. He has a lot of support and I think that he is going to be able to do it. Got to love that fellow Cardinal running back Bush is in his corner.

That was one of the worst injuries I have ever seen. Top 3 with Willis McGahee in the Rose Bowl and Shaun Livingston.

I have talked a couple times on here about coming back from ACL/MCL/Meniscus surgery – but seeing that bone protruding from his shin was completely frightening. I can not imagine the pain he felt at that moment, and kudos to the team manager for throwing a towel over that injury attempting to shield the players from seeing more than they needed. I wish him the best, and a speedy, healthy recovery.

He is already mobile on crutches which is a great sign. https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash3/563768_547138358643026_130325157_n.jpg

I wonder if he shows up at the Final Four. Could be a HUGE psychological boost for the Cardinals.

He’s out 8-12 weeks…he’ll be fine next year. One of the worst LOOKING injuries I’ve ever seen, but in terms of recovery time, definitely not. That’s the good thing about bone injuries, they heal much faster and are easier to fix.
