Who do you guys like more? Both players are similar in height and weight as well as questions surrounding their offensive game. I’m leaning toward Kawhi Leonard more due to his age and the fact that I still think that he can continue to develop.

Give me Leonard easily. He is more versatile (able to play SF and some PF on some match ups). He gives me more value, he’s sorta of a poor man Gerald Wallace.

Leonard is by far the more complete/skilled and versatile player, however in the NBA you can’t undervalue someone who is incredible at one aspect of the game. Faried’s rebounding and motor are incredible. Because of that he’s a guy who you’ll have a hard time keeping off the floor even if his size and skill aren’t up to par with most interior pro players. Both though I believe have little bust factors. Even if they aren’t great offensive players both with contribute on the defensive end as well as serving as glue players who will do all the little things you need someone to do. But yeah definitely Leonard has more skill and maybe potential, although I’d argue that Faried could be a pretty damn good player in the league with his rebounding. Yeah he’s undersized and all but he simply knows how to rebound. Kevin Love is a high volume NBA rebounder even if he isn’t tall or athletic, it’s because of his feel for the boards, Faried has that same feel/anticipation, plus he is extremely athletic. I’d like to see the measurements on his wingspan, his arms look pretty long. IMO wingspan is just as important as height. I’d just like to see Faried bulk up some.

I’m really high on both of them because of what each of them brings the table defensively. Leonard has those sloth like long arms and hands as big as soccer goalies with gloves on. I think he has a very good chance of going in the top 10. He would fit great in Milwaukee, Detroit, or Utah. His game is so raw offensively though and his jumpshot makes me laugh right now but he can only get better in that regard. His work on the boards will be clutch and a great asset to his long term potential and @mess.eee, I think he can be at Gerald Wallace’s level and get there quicker than Gerald did. With Faried, I think he could anywhere from 12 to 20 after a strong tournament performance, I doubt he would fall past the Knicks or the Blazers, they could both use another big to play alongside their star big men. We all know about his motor and rebounding ability but his offensive game is even more raw than than Leonard. He is pretty quick but he has to slow down a bit and let the game come to him, you could see him forcing shots in the Louisville game. Also needs to bulk up, seems like he has the frame. Both will find their niche, have good potential but probably not All Star status

Faried. I know hes going to a great rebounder in the NBA no matter what. I have no clue what Leonard will look like on an NBA floor. I like Leonard, but he isnt a sure fire anything but does have a higher ceiling.

Both totally different players. Faried is a monster on the glass but his offensive game consists of nothing but dunks, but i can see him being a very good 6th man type who will be near the league leaders when it comes to rebounds per 48 min. Leonard those has a very strong handle with a improving jumpshot .Yes i no he his also a very good rebounder but he gets alot of his rebounds by just being more athlete then most in the mountian west . So while i think they will both have good nba careers im sayin Faried will have the better one an be more important to his team.
