What’s up with Oubre at Kansas? He is barely getting off the bench.

 Kansas is loaded at the wing position and he just isn’t better than  Svi and Greene at the moment. He has shown flashes of being the most talented player on the floor  but turns the ball over  a lot due to a lack of confidence right now.  He s also made a few bad fouls on Defense these past couple games. His attitude doesn’t seem to be the problem, as he never appears selfish or disintersted. He just moves so smoothly and effortlessly around the floor it appears that he’s not giving maximum effort. I can feel a break out game coming soon though, it might be against a good team too, no need to worry.

Doesn’t understand a lot of the game. Doesn’t understand positioning on defense and how to chase a defender through screens and does a lot of ball watching which puts him behind the offensive players. 2nd straight game he’s been a part of a 4-point play and 3rd time in 5 games he’s fouled a 3pt shooter. On offense he doesn’t understand how to move without the ball or how to make something simple as an entry pass. He has raw natural talent that he flashes at times but overall he doesn’t understand much of the fundamentals of the game. 

He’s well behind Svi and Greene because Greene has already had a year in college basketball and Svi has been playing with pros for a few years now.
