Does anybody else feel like Winslow is very similar to Jimmy Butler?

As in, the Butler we’ve seen this season, not the one coming out of college.

There’s that same toughness on both ends, the simple, effective scoring, the surprising athleticism and the rock-solid build.

I haven’t watched as much Duke as I should have but that’s the first thing that came to mind when I saw him against SDSU.

 Its crazy to say but I see allot of Jimmy Harden in his game. The way he moves and gets to the rack reminds me of James. You can tell he has studied film of him because he uses the Euro greatly and when he gets fouled he throws his hands up, ala Harden. Justice is strong too. He has room to improve his handles but thats who he can become.

I kind of see the Harden comps as well with him being lefy, his shooting form, size.  He will most likely never be on his level offensively, but there’s no doubt in my mind he can be an excellent defender in the NBA.

His body type is turning more into the Stanley Johnson-Justin Anderson body type.

But both of those guys are much better outside shooters than Winslow.

Anderson is looking like he could have a better career than Winslow. More explosive, much better outside shot.

And RHJ looks every bit as good as Winslow. RHJ now has a clear athleticism advantage on Winslow, who is now in Stanley Johnson territory athletically.
