JNixonParticipantBoth need to improve their handles to reach their potential as scorers, they are both one dimensional shooters with the athleticism to score some in transition or broken plays (if they hustle…..both have shaky motors).
Jordan Hamilton=A taller Von Wafer
William Buford= Roger Mason

scoutguruParticipantYea i agree with Iggy. Buford reminds me more of a cuttino mobley though. They’re not explosive, but good, smooth kinda athletes, good spot up shooters, a lil undersized for the two guard spot. Buford though desperately needs to improve his ball handling. On many occasions Buford would take a couple of dribbles and either stop his dribble or pass the ball immediately once the slightest bit of pressure was applied to him. I see Buford really stepping his game up this year though, and really becoming one of the better players in the Big Ten.
In regards to Hamilton, that guy is just a gunner. I liken him to a JR Smith type player. Those kind of players just continue to be shooters and will be those feast or famine type guys. He’ll play in the league eventually, just needs to gain experience and make better decisions out on the court. But he definitely has a skill that translates to the next level in his long range shooting. He could end up becoming a more efficient and well rounded player when he leaves school in the same way James Anderson’s career in the Big 12 played out.0 - Posted on: Fri, 07/02/2010 - 6:08pm #345808

kobyzParticipantRoger Mason is garbage, he is the worst NBA player of all time, he even not euroleague level.
