j1232eParticipantI have liked this kid since he was a freshman at byu, I thought he was the best player on byu last season but lee cummard got all the attention, this year every one thought that brazillian kid tavanari would be the man. Jimmer is having an excellent season and should be a first round pick if he stays next season.

Scored in all sorts of ways. Mid-range, long range, amongst trees. Didn’t even show his 9 assists or 7 boards. He recently lit up Armon Johnson for 33 points and 6 assists and put 23 points and 9 assists on Jeff Teague last season. He is a player! NBADRAFT.NET TAKE NOTICE!!!!!!!!!!

MkadozaParticipantMy high school played his in the Class A NY Championship in 2007. He was the home team as the championships are always played in Glens Falls. Our team was deeper, more athletic and better coached, but he scored well. I didn’t think he would be this good in school, but even in high school, this kid was a scoring machine. Like Tony Battle at Penn State, two of the most overlooked prospects from upstate NY, and there are a lot. I’m very interested in hearing scouts assessment of his prospects of making the League.

knicksfan7ParticipantI saw the highlights and was just like wow, he absolutely owned that game. 49 points!?!?!?!?! guys getting 35 points is seen has a real big deal, but 49 holy shit. He can definitely play off the bench as a scorer.

JNixonParticipantI’ll be honest, I’d never paid attention to him. But those stats and that highlight reel have grabbed my attention lol.

knicksfan7ParticipantIs not a big fan of the great Mid-Major players, the diamonds in the rough. As a big fan of Mid-Major basketball I would like to see more news on it. The NBA has countless studs who played at Mid-Majors.

Nathaniel EParticipantRaining jump shots that ignite Brigham Young University’s offense appears to be Jimmer Fredette’s raison d’être, according to the Twitter-sphere. After leading ninth-ranked Brigham Young University to a 71-58 win over fourth-ranked SDSU on January 26 with a whopping 43 points, Fredette still had the stamina to shut down Twitter temporarily, reports the New York Daily News. All the hype fit to tweet about the senior guard was enough to crash Twitter’s servers for a while.
