     Thats usual for him. He could probably make a full court shot too. He’s a very very good shooter. Probably one of the best I’ve seen but like I’ve said shooting can only get you so far in the NBA. His craftiness will help but if he wants to suceed in the NBA he needs to improve his D. and his passing.

    But he’s a pure shooter. An impressive one, but t hats all. And a lot of his shots, were dumb ones. His range impresses me the most. Other than that, I think people should wake up.

     ^ he has to take those shots for his team to be in contention. It would be stupid for him to not take them. In the NBA he probably will differ alot more and be a complimentary player. I don’t think this performance should discourage anyone.

    No doubt about that. But I’m just saying, people are talking about him like he does so many things well when he’s a pure shooter for the most part.

    Jimmer plays defense like he’s in quicksand, he might be the worst defender I have ever seen…

     ^ you never know, he could just be conserving his energy for offense where’s he’s needed more. He seems to have the athleticism to play defense, so maybe it’s just a mental thing.

    I think Jimmer will be somewhat of a JJ Redick type in the NBA

     His coach has said that Jimmer is instructed to conserve his energy on Defense and NEVER NEVER NEVER do anything that could get him in foul trouble. He is expected to play 40 minutes a game every game with only five fouls allowed. To do that, when you aren’t a good defender to begin with, means you have to play defense passively, there is just no getting around this. 

    So it is hard to really judge his defense in this situation. But agreed it doesn’t look good.
