DunksNJordans23ParticipantWhat teams do you think are in need to change their jerseys?
I personally think theres a good handful that should consider a change. Here are my rankings.
1. With the number 1 overall pick and a new owner the New Orleans Hornets. They have had the same general look since moving to New Orleans.
2. Charlotte Bobcats after having the worst season in NBA history winning percentage wise they should consider the small change, plus their jersey are uglier than James Harden’s beard.
3. I would love to see the Atlanta Hawks go back to those 1985 jerseys but maybe I’m just nostalgic.
4. Making the finals this year and totally transforming the city I think the OKC Thunder should get a new design. I love the team, I like a lot of their players, but I hate their jeseys. I have a Durant Sonics jersey and the only reason I haven’t gotten one of his from the Thunder is because I just don’t like their jersey’s scheme.

BlazermannParticipantI would like to see the thunder with some more Jerseys designs and maybe a Jersey to pay respect to the sonics

ChrisCrossParticipantBobcats have the worst unis in the league, change it up, new color scheme, new everything.
OKC could use an alternate uni.
Milwaukee should go back to purple and green not red and green, gross combo.
I’d like to see Memphis switch it up.

I May Be WrongParticipantThe Thunder need an alternate road jersey. I wouldn’t mind a darker blue combo or maybe an orange/blue combo. Those might work
I like the Nuggets dark blue jersey a lot and they should use the same design for their home jerseys rather than the old school style they have had.
Also, switch up the Pistons because they are in rebuilding mode and they have the same jerseys from the Billups/Rip/Prince championship team.

MagikKnickParticipantI’d like to see the Knicks wear these ALL THE TIME

redblackParticipantI see them doing something in between that and what they currently wear…minus the black, as they have dropped that on their logo.

DunksNJordans23ParticipantWhen the now Thunder franchise made the move to OKC they wanted to keep the same color scheme, but because of the lawsuit between Clay Bennett and the City of Seattle on the proposition to get out of the final two years of the building contract he did not retain the rights to the name, logo, and colors for a possible future NBA franchise in Seattle.

r377ParticipantYes i love the old school Hawks jerseys aswell….

redblackParticipantHawks – Never understood the reason for swapping in blue for yellow…either way their alt logo is much much better and should be used as the primary. Imagine a mix of the one used from 72-95 and the current alt, or maybe just put the ATLANTA HAWKS script under it.

OldSkoolBasketballParticipantHow about Thunder black jerseys with the letters/number orange/blue? They sell something like that on Footlocker.

TallmanNYCParticipantSpeaking of Jersies, that makes me think of team merchandise sales. The Brooklyn Nets are doing quite well in that regards.
In fact, on the first day that the team officially became the Brooklyn Nets (April 30), there was more gear sold that day than the amount of New Jersey Net gear for all of the 2010-11 season," Rovell reports on CNBC. "The total sales volume on the first two days for the Brooklyn Nets gear was ten times the total (New Jersey Nets) sales in a typical year." Moreover, Rovell later tweeted that since the April 30 logo rollout, Nets gear was the biggest seller among NBA teams.
But none of these sales are Jersies because who knows what players are going to be on the team once the games start.

CynthiaParticipantThe reason Thunder use that shade of blue is because it’s the colour on the Oklahoma state flag. While I agree it’s kind of ugly I doubt they change it, but they could perhaps instead use another(orange? might be too bright…) as the dominant colour and use the blue as like a stripe or lining of some sort…
