there are talks with him and New York. Who do you think he would fit if he buys out?

Will phily try him? Will he return to bucks? Can he thrive with pelicans or kings?

he will probably sign with a playoff team such as utah or atlanta. My personal opinion is he will move to Thunder to the ex role of C.Payne

I’d love to see if Pop could turn him into a Tony Parker replacement, if anyone could turn someone into an efficient player it’s Pop, SVG turned Jennings around and he’s an inferior coach IMO to the great Coach Pop…

If he doesn’t join the Spurs, I’d like to see him sign with Philadelphia to play the role Jerryd Bayless was supposed to play wben he was signed for 9 million per season (thankfully its not a long term deal)

Jennings would be a decent PG to surround Ben Simmons and Dario Saric with off the BENCH, I’d love for The 76ers to draft Ball/Fultz/Smith Jr. to start the 17’/18′ Season and have Jennings backing up the Rookie

    Best fit for Jennings?
    Definitely China!
… but the season is ending there, so… He sad he wants to be on a playoff team. But in my opinion he can only hurt good teams, typically a player who gets the numbers, but his team won’t benefit from that.
The Pelicans’ roster is a trash, but they have the most problem on the wings, so I doubt they will be interested, neither Jennings as he wants the playoffs. Kings, Sixers also not playoff teams and the Sixers are trying to develop their youngsters, BJ is unable to do anything in favor…
OKC’s now short handed at guards, but Christon can fill out that 4-6 minutes as Westbrook sits.
I can’t see big market for him, so I’m a bit surprised he wanted out.

not sure how likely it is but i liked his flair when he was with the pistons. i felt he was improving as a player and brought a swagger to our team that we have not seen since.

People really sleeping on Jennings. He’s not a starter, and is probably one of the best bench PG in the NBA. I mean the guy is averaging 9/5/3 off the bench. I don’t think he’ll move the needle that much for really good teams, but like people said, if he went to OKC I could see him playing good spot minutes and giving that second unit some life outside of Kanter.

Personally I think the Wizards should really take a look at him. That bench is just strait trash, and he would give them a much needed boost, and good minutes when Wall sits. Like other posters have said, Jennings brings swag and toughness, and a team like Washington would be the perfect place for him.

The Wizards have one of the best starting 5 in the East, but I just can’t get over that bench! It’s really a shame that Ian Mahinmi plays for this team, he makes SIXTEEN MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR! I can’t believe that they are paying that much $$ to a 12th man, and it’s really hurting them. I like the Bogs trade, and I think this would be another step in the right direction for the Wiz, and could help them give the Celtics/Raptors a run for their money.

    Go to the Wiz BJ!

Have no clue why. They have no chance to win a title this year.

Sounds like Washington is at the top of the list.  Makes sense considering they were after Lou Williams before he was traded to Houston.

Pistons. He gave them a swagger, he brought out the best in drummond, and was a leader. He would be nice off the bench.

I’d start him over Jackson based on his play there last time alone.

I think he would be a solid fit in Toronto. Lowry is out 4-5 weeks with wrist surgery and won’t be back until the playoffs. The Raptors could use a reliable backup PG to Cory Joseph during that time. This will help further their push for the second seed and avoid playing a second round matchup against what we presume to be the Cavs maintaining 1st place in the east. Jennings and Derozan are longstanding friends and Compton natives, and Jennings has been a participant in Drake’s OVO Basktetball tournament over the summer (although the latter does not serve much credence).

Defenitely a fit for the Pelicans on paper.

With the injury to Kyle Lowry Toronto may loook into acquiring him but may just opt to go with Wright and Van Vleet.

I agree Washington, Pelicans or even Raps would be a good fit for him.

Jennings is still only 27 years old and can carve out a niche as a good back up PG or an impact player from the bench in the right situation.

With all the young PGs in this year’s draft and some top PGs being Free Agents, he may have to wait a while to find an ideal team but I think someone will surely snap him up provided his terms aren’t too high.
