TC_42ParticipantSince becoming a starter a little over a month ago and playing at his natural position at the 4, Sergeballu has been excellent. I’m starting to wonder where he ranks among power forwards in the league. Thoughts?
Here’s his stats over the last five games as an example:
14.4 pts, 9.2 rebs, 2.2 blks, 58% from the field, 89% from the line
Oh, and the Durr finished March with a 13-2 record.

Scottoant93ParticipantHe has a bright future in the nba, if he develops his offensive game more he will a dangerous player maybe future allstar. Plus he has probably the coolest name in the nba SERGE IBAKA!

Tongue-Out-Like-23ParticipantHe could blossom into a KG type defensive player. He’ll never have to be a KG type offensive player because of so many scorers on that Thunder team, but with Perkins and Ibaka downlow, the Thunder are looking very scary defensively in the paint for years to come. Not to mention, Cole Aldrich is still back there. Could be the best 3 man rotation when it comes to big men for years to come. All they need is a stretch 4 to come off the bench.

Scottoant93ParticipantI just goin to throw this out there since tol23 mentioned strech for. Since raptors are considering trading Andrea Bargnani, you think he would fit the 6th man strech 4. Only problem would be that thunder would probably have to give too much which its not worth it(even though im italian, I don’t overvalue players)

TeamShowtimeLakersParticipanti like the thought of the thunder trading for bargani….but the reason why they wont do it is because he makes to much money to be their 6th man who wont get that much time behind serge and perkins!

TallmanNYCParticipantHad him on my fantasy team all year. I’ve been waiting for this and I’m getting it right at the time of the fantasy playoffs. Might mean some cash for me!

TC_42ParticipantIs there any way Bargs could play some at the 3? I remember last year in fantasy, ESPN listed his available slots as SF, PF, C.
I thought that was weird, but I don’t really watch alot of Raptors games. Has he ever really played the 3?

SwatLakeCityParticipantI think the Raptors tried him at the 3 when they had Chris Bosh. Didn’t really work out too well from what I hear, but yeah him playing 3 positions is kinda weird to think about.

Scottoant93ParticipantBargs played the 3 when bosh and Jamaine O’neal were there, it didn’t work out. He should play the 4, his natural position but raps are loaded at that position and have no good center, so theyput him there. In Order for Bargs to trully reach his potential he needs a good coach who will get on him and force him to learn, sam mitchell tried but went about it the wrong way, and Jay Triano is basically your on your own coach. Raps either have to get a good coach who develops players(a defensive coach would be nice) or trade him to a team that has a good coach. Raps players are ok on offense but horrible on defence.
