TyroberParticipantThat was great defense at the end by Harden. You can clearly see there was no foul at all. JR Smith just airballed it and acted like he was fouled out of frustration

RUDEBOY_Participantyeah..if they really wanted to they could’ve found some way to re-sign Perkins…I think winning while he was injured convinced them he wasnt all that important…But with 2 old centers in Shaq and Jermaine on their roster possibly retiring next year…Who plays the pivot in 2013?

Da1potParticipantYeah, the Perkins trade has kinda baffled me, but they are obviously still playing very well without him. Are the Celtics banking on signing Dwight Howard or something????? They would just be unstopabble with their current lineup plus Howard……

cward23ParticipantI think they thought they had no choice because Perkins turned down there offer earlier and his agent had a set price of what Perkins wanted, nothing less. Even without Perkins they are up 3-0 on the High scoring Knicks and most likely will still comne out of the east (Orlando is the only team i see that could really give them problems because of Howard)

omphalosParticipantI’m calling the Celtics drafting Jeremy Tyler in the first round to fill their C position. He can be mentored behind the O’Neals, and then take the reigns in a few years. Could be a steal late in the draft with the right coaching.

aamir543Participantok, if you dont like Perkins than you wouldn’t mind trading him back to Boston, right?
