     down 54-39 with 9 left.  Goes on a 29-8 run to end the game and win 68-62.  I have so much respect for Tony Bennett and UVA.  Congrato the Cuse and for battling back from people not even believing they should be in the tourney, to a final four berth.  Props to Tony Bennett for showing class at the interview with Lewis Johnson and showing a great deal of humility.

    Wow. I turned off at half time looking at the deficit…sucks to be me!

    Anyone reckon that Malachi Richardson declares for the draft now? He reminds me SO MUCH of Nick Young…in a proper Swaggy P ‘no…no…YES’! sorta way!

      I can’t see him declaring.  He isn’t really on the NBA radar for this year.  He doesn’t bring anything to the table outside of shooting, and he’s shooting under 40% from the field as a 20 year old freshman.  He has a long, long ways to go as an NBA prospect.

     Syracuse baited them into playing faster than UVA is comfortable with the full court press.  Hate the man, but it turned out to be a genius move by Boeheim.  UVA did not know how to convert on 3 on 1s, in addition they shockingly did not have the discipline to slow the game down after getting passed half court in those situations.

    When was the last a double seeded team made it to the Final Four? Huge props to Syracuse for doing it.
