Mr. ChicagoParticipantTRX bands should be in your local gym, or you can mount them in your home. They are suspension training techniques and use body weight for training. You can really strengthen your upper body, core and back. Your core and back strength are very important in strengthening your upper body.

Now, personally I would recommend a combination of low weight/high reps weight training, coupled with resistance training; but I noticed you are not interested in working out with weights.

Mr. ChicagoParticipantI completely understand what you mean.
Then I would do a combination of resistance training core work (abs, rows, extensions, etc) and also do low weight/hig rep training (for example on chest or military press, get a weight you are comfortable with and make sure you are getting 12-15 repetetions each set). You are going to gain strength, while also remaining flexible and agile.
Also look into the TRX bands, seem right up your alley. They are great for strength training, but they are also a great cardio tool while lifting to keep you lean & explosive.
Just my two cents …….

Malik-UniversalParticipanti honestly do feel if i get my upper body to the same level as my legs…
ima be dunking with ease, i really feel that… i have dunked before though there were basic dunks lol
but a lot of people sleep on the upper body when it comes to jumping
