After demanding a trade just a few weeks back in his home country in Turkey, on a tv show, now this ***** idiot wants to control where the RAPTORS SHOULD decide where they want to trade him…this **** **** now says he wants to go to Sacramento for some reason:S…its not liek the kings are contendors and he will help them get over the edge…they are re-building and going young so why would that fool waant to go back to sacramento wen he only has 3-4 years left in him…i dont understand this fool…the day BC signed him i was so damn pissed off cuz i knew he wudnt work for the Toronto Raptors..oh well…i just hope BC can trade him asap cuz he’s really pissing off a lot of people right now…

    How’s this trade idea:

    Hedo/Calderon/13th

    For

    Arenas/31st

…Raps get rid of two guys we dont want or need…Wizards get rid of Agent Sniper and can start fresh with john wall ..

If not then i guess you can always package him with bosh where ever he goes…

    Feedback please?

Have you lost your mind…My God

THE MAN BROUGHT A GUN TO WORK .If any of us bring a gun to work and wave it around we are in jail for 3 years. His contract is just as bad as those 2 players combined and the Maple Leafs Entertainment will not bring a convicted felon into the prgram especially one of Gilbert’s Fame. Just be patient BC wont trade contract for contract 4 years but maybe contract for contract 2 years. If we can get Nocioni for Turk that would be great than maybe ship Calderon to NYK for Curry, but remember Calderon had that season where he was an extremely efficient PG.He set FT shooting % records. These guys have some value and Arenas has nnnoooooooooooonnnnnneeeeee.

I would trade Turk and Calderon to Philly for Dalember, Young, Williams. What do you think!

If I am raptors would be obvious trade but unless the 76ers IQ has dropped below 75 they wont even consider that horrible trade.

The only person I would want less than Turkoglu is Arenas. Worst contract, worst idiot.

Gibert Arenas would be a total fool to bring guns to Toronto. His problem has more to do with his joking nature and getting backstabbed by Wizards management than him being a total fool or a complete headcase.

It’s a real legal offense and a 2nd count would definitely land him in the jail. The Raptors then can have a legit excuse to void his contract if it happens.

I don’t see too much issue having Arenas instead of Calderon and Turkoglu.

In the best case, he returns to his all-star form and lead the Raptors to the playoff. When he was at his best, Arenas actually was a top 5 player. He might not be a pass-first PG, but he certainly is a scoring machine. If the Raptors can somehow partner him with a SG that plays defense and passes well, Arenas can work out really well. Also, he would be more mature after going through all the bad things in Washington. Even Ron Artest is learning his role and acting mature these days. Gibert Arenas is far from being an Artest like headcase. If he focuses on Basketball, he can still be one of the best. A few years ago, people thought Baron Davis was going downhill due to his injuries back when he was with the Hornets. He was a toxic contract and was traded to GSW for pennies. Then, he revived his career in GSW when he was free to play his game. Although landing with the Clippers brought him back to ground. He did have pretty good years with the GSW. I don’t see any reason why Arenas wouldn’t do the same and play like an all-star for the Raptors.

In the worst case, it’s just a 20mil dead weight vs 2 10 mil dead weight. It’s certainly worth the gamble. The Raptors committed too many long term deals to think rebuilding properly at this point.

I am all for getting Arenas and his 20mil a year contract vs Calderon and Turkoglu (9mil+11mil = 20mil) equally cap-killing contracts.

Anyway, your trade proposal is crazy to include the #13. We don’t need to do that as the Wizards can’t possibly trade Arenas to anywhere else. I would even demand the Wizards to include the #30 and #35.

For the Wizards, they don’t want to have Arenas around Wall. Calderon and Turkoglu are easier to trade because they are “ONLY” worth 10 mil a year each comparing to trading a 20mil a year contract. Also, they would save 10 mil since Calderon’s contract is 1 year shorter.

Turkoglu possibly going to sacramento isnt a matter of him going to a title contender, i personally think its him realizing that he’s on the downside of his career and also that he’s not going to be able to go to another situation where he’ll help a contender win a championship as he had his chance last year. I think he wants to finish in sacramento because thats where he was intially drafted and experienced the most “fun” in his career. I think its kinda the same way brad miller was in indiana. He always said he wanted to play for indiana again just because it was the most fun so i guess i could see the reasoning behind it. He does have a bad contract but the kings have cap space and they’d also probably be trading away nocioni’s contract so i think the numbers will work out fine

I’m not sure that we’d give up another player for turkoglu but i could be wrong. And i also think we plan on keeping our second round pick as well. I think honestly that toronto is more willing to just dump turk and his contract and his apparent strong disliking for toronto’s organization. I really don’t think there are many teams willing to give up much in return for him and in this situation toronto gives up turk and we give up nocioni both players that both teams don’t want. We’ll see what happens. I’m hoping it happens because although turkoglu is on the downside of his career i think he was really unhappy in toronto and honestly didnt play hard, which is no excuse, but it is what it is. He could help some of our younger swingmen and still be a good compliment to tyreke IMO

I said it before and I’ll say it here. No way we take on Hedo’s contract without the #13 pick
